PRIMEIRAMENTE, o acesso é terrível, o carro deve entrar e sair de ré em uma rampa enorme pois é super mal desenvolvida a pista de carro do hotel. Não tem ninguem para juntar com as malas e ajudar a carregar elas, tive que subir a rampa com as malas SOZINHA. a equipe foi muito mal educada conosco. Os funcionários estavam perdidos quanto a logística das entradas do hotel, uma hora mandavam entrar pela principal, em outra pela parte de trás. pedi um Rappi para entrega e avisei a recepção principal e o funcionário deu ok, quando desci para pegar a entrega o funcionário me falou uma frase estranha: que não poderia pedir para os entregadores entrarem na entrada principal pois iria CONSTRAGER os funcionários. foi muito chato a situação.

Front desk staff can make up for most of it
Pros:

• Location: Excellent proximity to Piña beach, making it ideal for sunbathing.
• Staff: Exceptionally friendly and helpful across the board.
• Facilities: The gym and pool areas are well-maintained and in great condition.
• Room Features: The rooms are spacious, equipped with appropriate furniture, and feature brand-new air conditioning units and TVs.
• Sleep Quality: Despite some minor noise issues, a quiet night's sleep was generally possible.
• (Neutral): Did not dine at the hotel, so the food cannot be rated.

Cons:

• Infrastructure & Elevators: Significant structural issues. The elevators seem to operate on two separate systems, causing unnecessary trips and outrageously long wait times, especially during peak hours.
• Room Access: Unreliable key cards make getting into the room a daily gamble.
• Privacy & Housekeeping: Major privacy violations: Housekeeping ignored both the "Do Not Disturb" light and the physical door sign, knocking repeatedly and even entering the room without permission while I was out. Urgent staff training is needed here (in my opinion).
• Room Layout: Despite the size of the rooms, the interior layout feels awkward and inconvenient. Bathroom felt very outdated and holes in tiles and broken soap dispensers did not add up to a better image.
• Maintenance: Poorly sealed balcony doors create an annoying whistling noise on windy nights. Attempting to adjust the doors only results in an irritating rattling sound .
• Value for Money: The hotel requires some updates to justify its price.

A primeira impressão foi ótima. Somente a falta de energia elétrica que causou desconforto.
Pros:

ótima localização, atendentes atenciosos especialmente o manobrista do período noturno.
A estrutura e restaurante também atendeu bem a necessidade inicial.

Cons:

Devido as fortes chuvas, faltou energia no hotel e o gerador só atendeu aos ambientes comuns do prédio - ou seja, energia elétrica no quarto faltou. Ficamos hospedados por menos de 12h e nesse período não tivemos luz no quarto.
