Reservei um apartamento com vista para o mar, com o objeticvo de ter uma linda vista para as fotos de making-off do casamento. Em resposta a minha reserva, recebi uma mensagem de que seria colocada em um apartamento alto, com vista para o mar. Contudo, fui colocada em um apartamento no 3° andar, com vista para um prédio que ficava de frente ao quarto e que impedia a vista para o mar.
O chuveiro do quarto também não esquentava.

Hospedagem muito bem localizada, com quarto extremamente aconchegante e excelentes instalações de lazer. O café da manhã é muito completo e de ótima qualidade, apesar de ser cobrado separadamente da reserva. O atendimento também foi excelente durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Infelizmente, perdemos um item que estava dentro do quarto enquanto saímos para o café da manhã, permanecendo fora por cerca de uma hora. Ao retornarmos, tivemos a sensação de que alguém havia entrado no quarto, embora a recepção tenha informado que não houve serviço de limpeza ou acesso ao local nesse período. Procuramos o item por todo o quarto, mas não conseguimos encontrá-lo. Também sentimos falta de uma melhor orientação ou disponibilidade de itens de higiene pessoal, pois não ficou claro se deveriam ser solicitados na recepção.
