El concepto es muy bueno, con habitaciones cómodas y amplias, adicional tiene un restaurante con opciones deliciosas

El lugar, la habitación, la terraza, los baños, el recorrido, todo está muy bien
El precio, quizás un poco alto para la noche y en temporada baja. El servicio de desayuno incluido, me parece demasiado raquítico.
Es un lugar muy lindo, amplio y aislado de la ciudad y el ruido, me encantó que cada habitación está aislada del resto por lo que tienes bastante privacidad
La calidad de la señal del wifi no fue óptima durante mi estancia,no sé si es por la lejanía del modem

Le petit déjeuner offert est bon et en quantité suffisante. L'attention et le service sont agréables.
Le petit déjeuner est bon et très simple: un plat principal (oeuf, omelette, chilaquiles, ...) et un café filtre.
Pour la qualité de l’hébergement et du lieu d'accueil, il manque un plat frais (jus ou fruit frais) et un sucré (viennoiseries...). Il serai bien de proposer du lait (pour les enfants) et du thé à la place du café.
Tout changement à la carte correspond à un supplément.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Raíces. Das Apartment war groß, modern eingerichtet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders die Lage mitten in den Weinbergen ist traumhaft und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre.
Ein Highlight war die eigene Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar sitzen und den Blick in die Natur genießen konnte. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, könnte jedoch noch etwas besser auf die Bedürfnisse europäischer Gäste abgestimmt werden.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war leider der unangenehme Geruch aus dem Abfluss – hier wäre eine Lösung wünschenswert.
The property was good in terms of maintenance. In addition the design of the facilities was done taking into account the guests” privacy.
In the room the hot water service suddenly was stopped for a while, so it was the electricity without previous notice.
Meals at the restaurant were really spicy (hot).

Hot water in the shower didn’t last for two people.
The whole staff was very professional, knowledgeable and kind and were always willing and available to help at any time.

Everything at Tres Raices was perfect. Staff was professional and super attentive. Incredibly comfortable at the room and in the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, a far cry from the noise of the city. Breakfast was fantastic, the chilaquiles and omelette were delicious. We also had dinner and it was excellent on every level. The wine, the lamb, seafood pasta, perfect touches of homegrown cuisine with the fresh grapes and housmade olive oil, sourdough bread. Really, every touch was fantastic.
It would be good if there was a booklet in the room with info about the wines, the menu from the restaurant, and info on pool, bikes, etc…
