I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was that I never stayed longer.

Cons:

The bedroom was cold and we were unable to turn on the heater. There were summer quilts on the bed which were insufficient in a cold room in February.

Still our favourite Jersey hotel
Pros:

We think this is the best hotel in the Island. Our 6th stay! A combination of great staff, superb location, super spa (*) excellent house-keeping, easy parking, delicious breakfast and, if you time it right, good value.

Cons:

On this rare occasion the gym was closed for cleaning/refurb and we were only informed the week before. The spa (*) was noisier and colder than usual due to this too.

Perfect
Pros:

Beautiful setting looking out across a lovely sandy beach. The staff were so attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very comfy bar and delicious food. Best cream tea I’ve ever had. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Can’t praise this hotel enough.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike, except that my stay was too short!

A friendly traditional hotel, fabulous views, exemplary customer service
Pros:

Breakfast was superb a good choice on offer. Customer Service in all departments was excellent.

Cons:

O my negative was the room we stayed in the furniture could do with a kick of paint. Badly chipped and drawers hard to open and close.

Fabulous stay for my birthday after we had decided to cancel our trip to Egypt due to war in Middle East.
Pros:

Beautiful position overlooking st brelades bay , the location to airport perfect just a short 5-10 minute drive . Hotel is lovely kind of takes you back in time in a lovely way, the room was comfortable had everything we needed , Tv , tea and coffee, hairdryer, safe , dressing gowns .
Stunning view over bay from our room. The spa was lovely I had a massage , there is a well equipped gym , unfortunately the pool was being serviced while we were there so didn’t get to use it and because it was early in the season the outside pool not open.
We had a lovely meal in restaurant and breakfast everyday with lots of choice . The bar area was cosy and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful.we were very lucky to have had such good weather as well.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was all we asked for beautiful view, comfortable bed, bathroom had walk in shower as well as bath. Breakfast catered for every taste and was plentiful. Staff friendly, efficient and caring. Pedro in the bar was very pleasant also compassionate, and mindful of my husband being sight impaired
