Everything !
I cannot fault the hotel or staff in any way.
We had a wonderful stay here. It feels like a mini resort, with large indoor and outdoor swimming pools, excellent spa facilities and a tennis court (including one hour of free tennis each day). The hotel also has direct access to the beach.
I was very glad we paid extra for a sea view room. That said, if you're sensitive to noise, a room overlooking the garden may be a better choice, as it is likely to be quieter and shielded from some of the road noise.
There is quite a big road between the hotel and the beach. However, this wouldn't stop me from booking this hotel again. I would also choose a room with a sea view again.
Excellent hotel but room a little small with some maintenance issues. a lack of air conditioning at this price point is a failing.

Liked the room with a balcony. Lovely outlook onto the bay. Bed was ok comfy.
Food was good and staff were professional.
It was very hot but no airconditioning in the hotel. They did provide a fan when I asked.
La habitación recibe sol de la tarde directo y no tiene ninguna forma de refrigeración ni toldos o cortinas exteriores que den sombra.
Hacían 38 grados centigrados a la noche y no se podía dormir.
Location perfect, all staff exceptionally polite
Sauna out of commission which was very disappointing as this was one important factor to spa facilities
Lovely food
Great room with a fantastic view
Pool & beachside location were great. Bus stop outside allowed very easy access along the bays and to St Helier.
Bar closed early. Depending on who was was working they would sometimes provide a drink after 11.
Stunning hotel on the beach.
Staff and food excellent.
Nothing
Excellent staff and location.
The view out of my window, and the dated state of all amenities as well as no air conditioning. No value for over £300 per night.
Excellent breakfast with good selection
The Toaster required attention - recalibration for heat on bread slices
