Треба скінчити благоустрій кімнати, і це будуть просто чудові апартаменти.
Pros:

Дуже зручне розташування, легко знайти, в пішій доступності центр і вокзал
Цікавий історичний будинок, гарне ліжко, нова постіль, кавоварка, чай, гаряча вода, все, що потрібно.

Cons:

Треба продумати приїзд гостей. Хоча ми мали інструкціі, але підʼїзд не відкривався, хоч ми тисли на кнопку. Пан, що сидів напроти, робив вигляд, що це його не стосується, хоча потім виявилося, що саме він мав відчинити двері.
Якщо ж гості приіжджають пізно, не уявляю собі, як вони заходять.

Pros:

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κεντρική, δίπλα σε μέσα μεταφοράς και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως στις φωτογραφίες (το 404). Δεν είχαμε κάποιο θέμα με την πόρτα, η κλειδαριά δεν κόλλαγε στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο. Όσον αφορά την είσοδο στο κτήριο, οι οδηγίες που μας στάλθηκαν ήταν επεξηγηματικές και βοηθητικές ώστε να μην αντιμετωπίσουμε κάποιο πρόβλημα με αυτό. Κατανοητές ήταν και οι οδηγίες για το check in και το check out αντίστοιχα. Μας βόλεψε, επίσης, πολύ που υπήρχε διπλός νιπτήρας στο μπάνιο.

Cons:

Ολα ήταν μια χαρά. Το κτήριο είναι παλιό, αλλά έτσι είναι και τα υπόλοιπα στην περιοχή.

Pros:

Kamienica ładna, klimat apartamentu podobny jak w całej kamienicy. Wszystko działa. Miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Łazienka w fatalnym stanie, brudno, brak odpływu z kabiny prysznicowej, woda zalewała łazienkę. W łazience zalęgły się owady. Podłoga w pokoju zarwana w jednym miejscu i deska o nierównej powierzchni stwarzała zagrożenie. Sam pomysł na wykończenie bardzo ładny, ale nad drzwiami widoczna pianka montażowa. Kamienica przepiękna, ale serwis sprzątający w obiekcie i ekipa remontowa - koszmar.
Osoby lubiące spać w ciszy muszą brać pod uwagę tramwaj pod apartamentem, który w Mediolanie robi ogromny hałas przejeżdżając (także w nocy). Drzwi główne prowadzące do przedsionka do reszty apartamentów cały czas otwarte

Pros:

La ubicación cerca de la central de trenes, a 10 minutos. Cerca de cafés muy buenos para desayunar

Cons:

Pésimo servicio del personal, nunca contestaron el WhatsApp, nos quedamos fuera un día hasta que otro huésped nos abrió. Es un cuarto improvisado dentro de un departamento. Tiene “escalones” por todo el piso muy incómodos. No dejaron cobijas y estaba frío. El elevador a veces no funciona y está en el 4to piso. Se escucha todo en los cuartos de al lado y demasiado ruido del tram en la calle cuando pasa.

Cons:

Very poor condition. Very poorly advertised in your website. Communication was very bad and had no positive response from any staff to help me with a different request.
I am certain now that the ratings you use ate useless and therefore I will not use booking.com again.
This property was extremely difficult to get in and out of, very poor condition, and an absolute waste of money.

No repito, no recomiendo

Cons:

Nos complicaron el proceso de checkin.
Quisieron cobrarnos más impuestos que lo publicado por booking.
Te piden realizar el pago por una aplicación externa a booking.
Tuvimos problemas para acceder y no contestaban al tlf de contacto.
Las fotos demasiado favorecedoras, la habitación es bastante más pequeña y el baño lleno de hormigas.
Fue la tormenta perfecta, para no repetir.

é stato troppo complicata e lunga la registrazione per avere il link per accedere alla struttura. Le indicazioni per accedere alla struttura non erano chiarissime e l'accesso è stato complicato. Il televisore non funzionava. IL piatto doccia non era ben siliconato e perdeva acqua

Not what we expected.
Pros:

Location was fairly convenient to Milano Centrale, 5 minutes walk.

Cons:

Property was not ideal. Had trouble getting in to property with instructions provided. The sheets in the bed were of poor quality and over used (pilling). Floors of different levels in apartment and strange large gaps at doorways. Provided tea/coffee making facilities, but no spoons etc for stirring. We used just for one night before catching an early train but I would not recommend.

On est obligé de scanner sa carte d identité et de payer la taxe de séjour en ligne sinon on n a pas accès au logement alors qu on a payé sur booking!
Transaction cb sont elles sécurisées?
J ai été obligée de prendre un autre logement .
