Просторный номер, большой душ, горячая вода, что замечательно для холодного Далата, вода в номере, YouTube. Отличное расположение, все в пешей доступности. При этом район тихий, спокойный.

Phòng rộng rãi, vòi sen lớn, nước nóng rất tuyệt cho thời tiết se lạnh ở Đà Lạt, có nước uống trong phòng và cả YouTube. Vị trí tuyệt vời, mọi thứ đều có thể đi bộ. Khu vực lại yên tĩnh và bình lặng.

Spacious room, large shower, hot water which is wonderful for the cool Da Lat weather, bottled water in the room, and YouTube available. Great location, everything is within walking distance. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful.

В номере был очень грязный пол и полки. Когда мы включили подсветку внизу кровати, всю пыль, волосы были видны. Их было очень много. Это значительно испортило наше впечатление. На тумбочках тоже были волосы. Мне кажется, помыть пол перед новыми гостями очень важно. Надеюсь, вы учтете это в последующей работе с клиентами. Удачи и успехов !

Trong phòng sàn và kệ rất bẩn. Khi chúng tôi bật đèn dưới giường, có thể thấy rõ bụi và tóc, rất nhiều. Điều này đã làm giảm đáng kể ấn tượng của chúng tôi. Trên bàn đầu giường cũng có tóc. Tôi nghĩ rằng việc lau dọn sàn trước khi đón khách mới là rất quan trọng. Hy vọng quý vị sẽ chú ý hơn đến điều này trong quá trình phục vụ khách hàng sau này. Chúc may mắn và thành công!

The floor and shelves in the room were very dirty. When we turned on the light under the bed, all the dust and hair became visible - and there was a lot of it. This significantly spoiled our impression. There was also hair on the bedside tables. I believe cleaning the floor before new guests arrive is very important. Pros:

Luxurious and clean room :) perfect to return to at the end of a day! Loved the mood lighting, spacious room, comfortable bed and hanger space. Toilet was well outfitted with hair dryer.

Cons:

There was a slight sewer smell from the toilet but it did not affect me too much, there was a nice smelling diffuser in the room. Also the water dispenser was down when I was staying

Pros:

Cons:

“Apartment” offer is misleading. It NOT an apartment
it is two separate rooms with bathroom located in the common area without any privacy AND with camera in the hallway.
Our rooms were on the top floors and they don’t have elevator so you need to bring heavy luggage yourself
The STAFF is AWFUL, unwelcoming and generally miserable. they don’t speak english, they cannot even advise on some places nearby like atms, they don’t have change to give you back when you pay and that’s somehow my problem ( and you cannot pay by card or in dollars).
They clean rooms by request and when after 2 days we asked to clean only our bathroom the staff on reception forgot about it ( there are only SIX ROOMS).
no fridge, no AC
Location is bad, there is road construction works now and it’s messy there.
I do not recommend this option at all.
