Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The rooftop pool is exceptional, and the rooms are beautifully designed and generously sized. Overall, we did enjoy our stay; however, there were a few issues that raised concerns regarding customer care and cleanliness.

Cons:

During our stay, I unfortunately discovered a large insect in our bed. While the staff responded promptly and replaced the bedding, I felt that the situation warranted some form of goodwill gesture or compensation, particularly given the hotel's relatively high price point. When I suggested that a small gesture, such as complimentary drinks, might have been appropriate, the response was dismissive.
Additionally, we found that the spa and sauna facilities were not operational, and the basement area where they were located appeared neglected.

Very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. Trangitta, Ha and Thao were very friendly, informative and helpful. Lovely breakfast and stay. Very nice roof bar and pool. The King's room was very nice. So comfy and nicely decorated. Nice mini bar/fridge and balcony. This hotel can not be faulted. Great lighting.
