Great option in Hoi An.
Pros:

I had a great stay at Qualia Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, eg finding a good Taylor. The rooftop pool is really nice to hang out during the day and the hotel is just a 10 minute walk to the city centr. Also the bikes available made it really easy to go wherever you want to go in Hoi An.

Pros:

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 6 nights, Great location walking distance to everything , staff were wonderful and all happy to help. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and bathroom with bath tub was a big win.

Breakfast was good. Would highly recommend

Good stay!
Pros:

The staffs were very attentive and helpful, despite some language barrier at times. We enjoyed the big bed, toilet and bathtub. I particularly loved the big pillow too!

Cons:

There isn't a full length mirror for a fit check. HAHA but on a more serious note, there's only one lift and the lift is pretty slow. But that's probably about it?

несъобразителен мениджмънт - при положение че бяхме за четири нощувки и сме на 68 години ни дадоха най-шумната стая - на ъгъла на двете шумни улици, в банята имаше мухъл, мивката беше пукната. закуската е много бедна!

Friendly staff and the pool on the roof was a great facility

Cons:

Got Poorly from from having the buffet breakfast, so that dampened our time in Hoi an and weren’t able to really use the facilities in the hotel because it was kind of confined to our room

Heel erg goed!
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, gratis fietsen, perfecte locatie tussen de zee en old town.

Cons:

In het begin waren er een aantal dingetjes, maar die werden goed opgepakt en mede daardoor hebben we een fantastisch verblijf gehad hier. Het internet op onze verdieping was slecht en bleef slecht.

Amazing stay, stay here if you are visiting Hoi An!!
Pros:

Was a brilliant sized room and cleaned daily, the room was spotless on our arrival! Very big and comfy bed which was great to get into after a day of exploring Hoi An old town. What really makes this property great however is the staff, every member we interacted always asked how our stay was going and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

We even had an unfortunate situation happen to us after we checked out where our overnight bus was delayed by 5 hrs without being told beforehand. After we eventually found out we went back to the hotel to ask if they wouldn’t mind us leaving our bags in reception whilst we went and killed time by getting something to eat and they couldn’t of been more helpful! Honestly would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hoi An

Not an issue for us as we did enjoy the walks, the property is around 20-25 minute walk from the old town where most things are/happening. The walk is all flat so easy for almost everyone to do and meant that we were racking up a lot of steps everyday which helps when you are eating all the amazing Vietnamese food 😁 as I say not an issue but just something to be mindful of as taxis/grabs don’t go all the way into the main area of old town as some of the roads are closed for pedestrian access only

Magnifique hôtel avec piscine
Pros:

Bel hôtel, très propre. Très grande chambre (202) et salle de bain. Déco magnifique. Le soir, bruits de la rue qui font partie de la vie sinon les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Compter 15-20 minutes à pied pour aller au centre-ville.
Belle et grande piscine.
Petit-déjeuner variés et très bons.
Le personnel à la réception est disponible et bienveillant. Un grand merci à Ha pour son aide dans mes différentes demandes.
Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.

J’ai tout aimé.
Peut-être installer un porte savon dans la douche.
