Singurul lucru plăcut a fost echipa de animație ( Simo și Sava )
Camerele au mobilier vechi, draperiile murdare, nu există lumină în cameră, este doar un bec la intrare și în cameră este doar o lampă de veghe, mâncarea nu este diversificată, sunt doar câteva feluri de mâncare și la cină este refolosită mâncarea de la prânz, dar sub altă formă. Gustările dintre mesele principale constau doar în biscuiți și mere. Personalul de la recepție este jalnic. Am fost direcționați către o parcare cu plată, iar în ultima zi când am vrut să plătim parcarea ne-au spus ca trebuie să mergem la alt hotel să plătim pentru ca nu este parcarea lor. Deși a fost all inclusive nu am putut lua prânzul nici în prima zi, nici în ultima.
A két báros fiu és az úr a süteményeknél, nagyon kedvesek és barátságosak igazi profik.( egy jobb hotelbe lenne a helyük) Nekik 10 pont. Az animátor csapat jó közepesnek mondható. Egy kicsit tolakodóak, ami nem feltétlenül előny. Őket 8 pontra értékelném. Az étel elfogadható, nem túl változatos menű, de elég a választék ahoz, hogy mindenki találjon valamit amit szeret.
Már 15 alkalommal nyaraltam Bulgáriaban, de ez volt a leggyengébb hotel. Egyáltalan nem 4 csillagos, esetleg 3 ( jóindulattal) A takarítás nagyon felületes ( a zuhanyfülke előtt már érkezéskor láttam agy maroknyi homokot, és az ott volt 8 nap múlva is). A szellőzőkben újnyis por ( gongolom 1-2 éves), a szekrény ajtó sarokból leszakadva, a fogas letörve, a falon pedig agy akkora tv, mint a laptopom képernyője, a fürdőszoba mennyezete foltos, átázott (csatoltam fotókat). A hotel méretéhez képest túl kicsi a medence, kevés a napozóágy és az étkező is méreten aluli. Az étterembe mindig később érkeztünk, hogy elkerüljük a tolongást és a sorokat (nem mindig sikerült), de akkorra már foltosak voltak az abroszok, ragadós volt az asztal, néha a szék is és elég sok ételmaradék volt az asztalon és alatta. A reggeli kávéért 17-20 perces sorokat álltunk és, ha mindez nem lenne elegendő , még napi 15 euró parkolási díjat is elkérnek.( Bécsben 8, Párizsban 13 euró a 24 órás parkolás őrzött, kamerás civilizált parkolóházban). Nem is az árral volt a gond, mert azt előre jelezte a hotel, hanem a parkolónak nevezett dzsungellel. Térdig érő gyomnövény és nem, hogy aszfalt vagy járdakő, de még bár kavics sem vo., A száraz burjánban a napon, a porban a mocsokban allt az autó 8 napig.
Tudom, hogy fontos a profit, de azért valami tenni is kellene, javítani a kondiciókon.
Akinek a fent leírt dolgok nem okoznak különösebb gondot, az foglaljon itt, de aki úgy érzi, hogy jobbat érdemel, annak azt javasolnám, hogy keressen más szállodát. Én biztos, hogy nem fogok ide visszatérni!
Mancarea a fost buna, variata, cu multe variante (mai ales pentru micul dejun si pranz). Bauturi, sucuri, cafea la discreție, si chiar de calitate (adica nu sucurile lungite/bauturi alcoolice cu foarte putin alcool). Desi plaja este un pic cam departe (cam 10-15 minute in functie de mers) pe drum erau magazine si o farmacie, iar accesul se facea pe un set de scari care te aducea pe faleza. Personalul foarte amabil, curatenia era facuta in fiecare zi/o data la 2 zile, toate spatiile foarte curate, aranjate.
Lifturile sunt cam prostute (chemam liftul de la etajul 0, acesta se oprea la 1 si apoi urca fara sa coboare si la noi, in conditiile in care noi stateam la etajul 5). Un alt lucru nasol a fost numarul de mese din zona de restaurant (adica daca veneam la un moment prost, nu aveam efectiv unde sa stam si trebuia sa asteptam pana se elibera o masa), dar in mare parte daca veneam pe la inceputul perioadei de masa aveam de unde alege locul.
Mi-a plăcut curățenia. Chiar și mâncarea a fost bună.
Nu este un hotel de 4 stele. Pentru un hotel de 3 stele ar fi fost perfect.

Very comfortable room and a wonderful location, in a quiet area yet very close to the beach. The entertainment staff were excellent, with Gabi standing out above everyone else! She was truly wonderful at her job, full of energy and always smiling, and thanks to her, both we and our children had an amazing time. Congratulations on the excellent work and the wonderful experience you provided us!
Additionally, when we asked to change our departure time from the hotel because one of our children was ill, the hotel responded immediately and fully accommodated our request.
Although the food offered a wide variety of choices, it could be of significantly higher quality. In addition, greater attention should be paid to cleaning the tables in the restaurant, particularly in the outdoor area, so that they are cleaned more thoroughly and promptly. Finally, the public restrooms by the pool and in the restaurant should be cleaned more frequently.

Minden szuper volt, rendben volt a tisztaság, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész.
All in-ba voltunk, nagyon változatos volt minden étkezésnél az étel és ital választék. A medence is nagyon jó, tiszta, és szuper hogy minden nap kapsz tiszta strandtörölközőt. Ár értèk arányban teljesen korrekt.
Talán 2 dolgot tudnék mondani, de egyik se egetverő probléma. Az egyik hogy messzebb van a part mint írják és vagy nagyon sok lépcsőn vezet az út vagy nagyon lejtős részen. A másik pedig hogy pipere holmi is volt jelezve, mi ezt nem kaptunk.
