Nimic nu a fost cum ne așteptam .
Pros:

Personalul si piscina pentru copii au fost ok .

Cons:

Am fost un grup mai mare , de 9 persoane , dintre care 7 ( 2 erau copii de 12 luni și 4 ani ) am plecat intoxicați din cauza mâncării .
Mâncarea se repeta aproape zilnic și uneori se vedea ca mai sunt și ,, reciclate “ anumite feluri de mâncare , cum ar fi cârnații la mic dejun , fasolea de la cina servită și la mic-dejun .
Mâncarea niciodată suficientă , nu era diversificată, nu prea aveai ce să dai unui copil de 1 an .
Camere de familie foarte mici , prize nu lângă pat .
Se vede ca este un hotel în care nu s-a mai investit și în niciun caz prioritatea nu este buna-starea clienților .
În ultimele zile au cazat deasupra noastră un grup de tineri , zgomotoși . Mai multă atenție , dacă știți ca nu sunt izolate camerele corespunzător , pentru ca venim în concediu la odihnă .
Un concediu dezamăgitor .

Pros:

Am fost pentru prima dată în locație ,foarte frumos ,personalul a fost super de treabă ,curățenie foarte bună ,mâncare diversificată foarte mulțumit ,recomand cu încredere

Cons:

Este puțin cam departe de plajă ,ar merge ca cei de la hotel să facă un transport până acolo.
Și ar merge să se facă mai multe activități la piscină

A fost un sejur relativ ok avand in vedere suma achitata pentru el.
Pros:

Per total a fost bine, la mancare gatita nu stau foarte bine, aveau in schimb multe verdeturi.

Cons:

Pentru pranz si cina rar gaseai ceva ce ar fi putut manca si copiii, mancarea foarte sarata si condimentata. De asemenea parcarea cu plata era pe un teren neamenajat.

Дякуємо,все було чудово🫶
Брали відпочинок на 12днів(якби були місця,то продовжили до кінця вже відпустки).
Аніматори молодці✌️
Для «4» готель досить гарний.
Їжа-вибір невеликий,АЛЕ на всі смаки.Смачно завжди.
Спиртні напої 🥃 з 10.00-23.00
Потрібно розуміти,що це повністю сімейний готель.Тобто з дітьми буде максимально комфортно.Ми цього трішки не врахували)Але то вже до нас питання)

Cons:

1.Прибирання( Навіть якщо залишаєш чайові-це не впливає на якість. Ванна,рушники були не прибрані.Довелось підходить і просити замінити хоча б рушники.Це просто потрібно контролювати.Все без проблем замінять.

2.Не вистачало біля басейну музики.Іноді заздрили поруч готелю).Не розумію навіщо її взагалі вимикати.

I will not come for a third time!
Pros:

Very clean rooms, the staff put an effort to meet all our expectations and demands (although some did not succeed due to the language barrier, but nothing serious), the food varied and was abundant and fresh, the amenities were of great quality

Cons:

From my previous stay in September 2024 I noticed a decrease in the quality of the food - there were available cheaper versions of appetizers at breakfast, and some sweets were also made with plain biscuits, jelly or other cheap ingredients.
The pool sticks were degraded that it affected the quality of the game, and there were 4 balls missing (we played anyway, for the fun of it). The paid parking also wasn't my favorite, I believe that if you leave your allocated spot to visit places nearby, you lose it (I didn't tried to leave for this reason).
Taking into consideration the 'quality' of some guests, who were loud, rude or just interested in wasting the food or gorging with food and drinks, it is somewhat understandable this trend, but for a four star hotel I had better expectations, sorry!

Pros:

Един от барманите говореше български - изключително отзивчив! Стаята беше чиста.

Cons:

Хотелът е на двойно разстояние от плажът. Никой почти не говореше български, паркингът към хотелът е само ллатен(20лв на ден), а храната еднообразна. На басейнът само намятани кърпи, а хора няма!!
