Pros:

There is a beach bar close by that plays very loud music all day. Screens in windows were dirty and bedside lamps dusty. Grout on counter need to be cleaned.

Great stay, great facility and great location.
Pros:

The location was outstanding. The beach was across the street as was Rosa’s bar and grill that had entertainment daily, great music, food and drink.

Cons:

Lie back, smell the roses and recharge at La Casita de la Penita!
Pros:

Beautiful location- quiet, pristine, across from beach with very few people, but lots of frigates and pelicans- truly a bird watcher’s paradise.
Rooms and pool area thoughtfully decorated with beautiful Mexican tiles and sculptures.
Very walkable area- restaurants a few minutes away.
Our host Jorge is wonderful- helpful, knowledgeable, with a playful sense of humor.
We loved staying here and will be back.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind from day to day.

Location was perfectly described you take a few steps and you are on the beach. Staff was very accommodating and provided tips for an enjoyable and unforgettable experience.

Amazing stay , we would love to come back.
Pros:

Beautiful and well kept grounds. Nice sized rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Amazing outdoor space that allows you to enjoy glorious sunsets every single evening. Good WiFi. Location is unbeatable: right on the beach and yet also two blocks from the main square. Jorge the owner was kind and helpful.

Nothing. It was everything we wanted.

Great stay and Jorge and the staff were wonderful, we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Lose to all the restaurants and shops and right across the street from the playa. We listed to the waves each night as we went to sleep.

Cons:

We couldn’t use the TV because of its location. You would have a very stiff neck if you tried to watch it. Should be relocated to the bedroom.

Pros:

The manager was excellent.

Cons:

No air conditioning. Had to leave the windows open and there was noise 2 nights until 3 am the other night I was woken at 5AM to banging like a car backfiring or shooting. We could hear our neighbors using the toilet. It was awful we left a day early. La penita was very disappointing. Guayabitos was much nicer, better beaches and more restaurants.

No view from our balcony as described.
