Excellent property for a stay in Lincoln with 24 hour parking close by.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable and a brilliant location for parking and the centre.

Cons:

Only concern were the stairs to the property. But we managed.

Good location and reasonable value but needs some attention to cleanliness.
Pros:

Great location and host was responsive

Cons:

Bathroom had mould and smelled bad. Wifi was spotty even after attempt to fix it by the host. No hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes.

Stay in Lincoln
Pros:

Centrally located allowing for access to everything in the city by foot including all of the running pathways.

Cons:

The wifi was so weak that we couldn't use it. Would be nice to have more kitchen items such as a cork screw, a spaghetti strainer and a working can opener.

Very good and would recommend to others for a city stay.
Pros:

We cooked a breakfast and the kitchen was quite good with implements and layout. The location for viewing the city and eating out at a restaurant on Friday night was perfect. I would look to stay at this apartment again next year for the winter swimming event that occurs each year at this time.

Cons:

The bathroom is small and the shower tap operation was stiff and fiddly. We couldn't get the hated towel rail working.

Ok for a night no returning
Pros:

It was clean, hard floors and decor fresh good kitchen( basic toiletries and kitchen sprays, washing up liquid) and bedding / towels clean… very central for city centre

Cons:

Down a smelly ( restaurant either side) alleyway, up 2 flights of metal spiral stairs,
Shower not best awkward to turn on and off, heated towel rail didn’t work, beds were clean but I stayed with a friend and we both said mattresses uncomfortable, value for money it wasn’t …
It said on our booking strictly no parties but the adorning flats didn’t have that brief the were noisy well into the night
Value for money!! Not won’t book again

A lovely short stay in a clean and well equipped flat. We would definitely book again if we come back to Lincoln!
Pros:

we had a lovely stay at the accommodation! couldn’t beat the location. right in the middle of town which was perfect for what we needed. the property was super clean and well made. we had a very comfortable stay with everything you could need in a little flat. There was great communication on the end of the owners too. very polite and accommodating!

Cons:

The only not so much issue but something that the flat could benefit is maybe another mirror in one of the bedrooms :). other than that it was perfect!

Apartment was ok. Shame about the noisy neighbour. An hour or two would sort the tap and the seat.
Pros:

Location was great & apartment was comfortable, clean and tidy and had everything necessary for a short break

Cons:

The occupant of the apartment upstairs was quite noisy into the early hours of the morning. Toilet seat was loose as was the tap in the bathroom. Wouldn’t take much to fix.

Central location, clean and neat.
Pros:

Very centrally located, nice size kitchen/lounge, well equipped kitchen. Comfy and clean beds and towels. Apartment was clean.

Cons:

Instructions upon arrival to find key and entrance weren't very clear and we had to call and ask.
Alleyway to get to the apartment is very smelly and horrible. The metal spiral staircase to get up to the apartment is a little tricky with heavy luggage. There is a very noise bar in the building underneath and on Friday night it was impossible to sleep. Opening the windows is not possible due to food smell from restaurants below. Might be a bit of an issue during summer, we managed and opened early morning before restaurants opened. Even though the apartment was clean, it had a bit of a stale/musty smell.
