L’emplacement , les piscines , la reactivité de la conciergerie qui a parfaitement répondu à mes demandes . L’appartement était propre.
L’appartement est mal équipé, il n’y a pas de lampe de chevet, aucun meuble dans la salle de bain pour déposer ses affaires de toilette.
Les serviettes de bain sont fatiguées
The condominium is ok but the apartment is not being kept up.
There is mold, the door doesn't even open half the time, no seating on the the terrace no cleaning supplies
I couldn't enter the apartment because it is electrical lock and unlike his neighbours who bought Samsung and hafele this owner bough no name electric lock that is hard to open unless you press the handle at the exact moment. Don't expect to be able to enter the apartment when you want.
Generally apartment is ok, just dirty, no housekeeping and also no cleaning supplies or vacuum so you also can't clean it yourself. If you stay for longer you are going to live in filth.
Also bunch of mould in toilet, toilet seat also falling apart.
The worst part about this apartment is the host who just doesn't care and also Booking didn't so anything to help.

המקום עצמו מאוד מתוחזק ונראה מעולה.
החדר הספציפי שאני הייתי בו היה עם חורים בסדין ושיערות בכיור, קצת מבאס.

The location is excellent.. clean.
the noise of those returning from late hours is unbearable. The noise is very loud from the corridors. Add to that the location is adjacent to the mosque and at 5 a.m. the muezzin knows you every night it's one

There is no cleaning service, you will have to pay 500 bhhat each time to have it cleaned. AC constantly leaks. No staff or management is present. So if you need anything, you will have to deal with WhatsApp..WiFi will stop working.
