The location was pretty nice and the staff were helpful, but not the most present. The bed was really comfortable and the hot water in the shower was really soothing.
First of all, the lack of amenities in the bathroom was not that nice. Then the cockroach staring at me while brushing my teeth was disturbing. The floors were dirty. The bed sheets were stained.

We had a bit of a mixed stay here. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely lovely very kind and welcoming. We arrived at 7:30 AM after a long night on the bus, and they let us check in right away, which was such a relief. The room itself was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated.
However, the downside was how noisy it was. The walls seemed very thin – we could hear people talking, shouting, running in the hallways, kids screaming, and even furniture being moved around. These noises started early in the morning around 7 AM and went on until late at night. I’m a light sleeper, so unfortunately I didn’t sleep well at all. Also, the bed was quite hard, which didn’t help.
Great location - walking distance to lake and night markets. The host was super friendly - I booked a dorm, but he gave me a private room at no extra charge. Upholding the Vietnamese reputation for exceptional friendless and hospitality. Can't recommend enough if you're visiting Da Lat.
