Zona muito agradável
Pros:

O hotel e a área envolvente é excelente. As camas sao muito confortáveis e o quarto é grande. Bom pequenoalmoço. O restaurante Green Terrace surpreendeu! Comida excelenteassim como o profissionalismo dos empregados.

Cons:

Não compreendo porque não existe um espelho inteiro, em todo o quarto ou no hall. Vamos jantar ou ao teatro e queremos ver todo o nosso outfit até aos sapatos e não podemos. Ha tanto espaço, não faz sentido. O SPA é bom, se esquecemos o facto de ter que passar por dentro do ginásio para aceder á micro piscina aquecida. E muito desconfortavel passar no meio dos outros hóspedes enquanto fazem desporto. Staff no check out nada simpático, nem um leve sorriso, nada normal neste resort...

Generally good although nothing out-standing
Pros:

We booked at short notice for one tour whilst touring the area. This is a large golf related resort and the grounds ands taff were what you would expect from Sheraton. The breakfast was great with lots of choice and a nice ambience in the restaurant. The on-site restaurants didn't appeal to us but there were a number of excellent alternatives a short drive away. We were provided with an upgrade and the room we got was very spacious.

Cons:

No full length mirror in the room, although the corridor is full of them! The bed was really two queen-sized beds connected to each other, which inevitably leaves an uncomfortable ridge down the middle. It's a big complex, so it can be a bit of a walk to your room. The complex is located amongst golf courses and a residential area, so you can't easily walk to external bars or restaurants

Deludente per essere un cinque stelle

Posizione dell’hotel, letto comodo e spazioso, ampia camera, personaggi gentile

Cons:

Disorganizzazione, poco impegno nel sistemare le problematiche della stanza, acqua che entrava dalle finestre, finestra della camera da letto scardinata, la camera da letto non era totalmente buia, per essere un cinque stelle in buffet era veramente ridotto,aspirazione della camera non funzionante e divano macchiato
