Pros:

It was accessible with our rental van to La Fortuna for dinners and lunches. We were able to experience some wonderful restaurants and great food! It was also close to many of the attractions in the area. The tours we booked picked us up promptly at the resort. The buffet was delicious and the swim up bar was very convenient. The food there was also very fresh and reasonably priced. We’d definitely return!

The restaurant wasn’t affordable for an extended family with three young grandsons

A perfect hotel on a perfect location, with perfect staff! 11/10 !
Pros:

A perfect hotel in an unbelievably beautiful location! The vegetation and surroundings are stunning. The view of the volcano from our room was incredible!
The rooms are spacious enough and beautifully decorated. The bed is extremely comfortable!
The thermal pools, along with the pool bar, meet every need — we didn’t want to get out of them!
The breakfast and the food are very delicious!
The staff are kind and helpful!
The best hotel we have ever stayed in! If we come back to Costa Rica, we will definitely return!

Construcciones y remodelaciones con mucha bulla, se debería tomar en consideración fines de semana no trabajar después de cierta hora, fuera de eso todo bien

Perfect
Pros:

We booked this resort at the last minute after leaving the cramped , non air conditioned room at Arenal Observatory Lodge Hotel. These people were so friendly , helpful, and kind to us, the room was amazing, but it truly was the kindness of the people that also made it a wonderful experience

Excelente! Volvería sin lugar a dudas. La mejor vista de Arenal y mejor experiencia de CR

Me encantaron las instalaciones, los desayunos excelentes y el servicio a cliente. Todo eso excelente.

Cons:

El baño de las habitaciones era muy grande pero el cuarto en sí pequeño. tal vez debieron darle más espacio al cuarto y menos al baño.
