Pros:

Resort muito confortável. Acomodação estava impecável!! Quarto é muito limpo, cama super confortável. Atenção aos detalhes muito boa.

Beautiful hotel and room; couple improvements would be nice
Pros:

The room was very spacious and nice. We liked the outdoor space and hammock. It was great to be able to see the volcano from the room.

Cons:

There were no drawers or shelves so we had to live out of our suitcases for four days. Some storage would be very helpful. Also the room was dark and could use a lot more light. The other thing is that we have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is the first time we were asked to stay after checking out so that they could go to our room to make sure it was in fine shape and then release us. This has absolutely never happened to us before and we were shocked. We were told to wait in the car out front and someone would come after the room was checked. Then no one came out for a long time and we went in and they told us we could leave. This was a very bad experience and the hotel should get rid of that policy.
