Rooms were nice and service was great
The Spa pool area was not kept clean with towels and bath robes all over the place, it was also too crowded to sit anywhere.
Hôtel somptueux situé en plein centre de Tirana et proche de tous les monuments historiques.

Un spa de qualité en accès illimité après une journée fatigante nous a fait du bien….

Spa access on both days, spa clean and relaxing, however it was very slippy so would benefit from more squidgeing to ensure safer especially as children using the facility.
Hotel looked welcoming and luxurious and bed was comfy and the room was large with a balcony into the atrium area.
Breakfast was good offering a wide selection of options.
Most staff were helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately they within our room was faulty and unable to use Netflix as we had planned a relaxing chilled night - unable to use - although two technicians and a security guard tried it wasn’t able to connect.
The swimming pool area was not made safe throughout our time there and large puddles made it very slippy on the floor at times.
My daughter used the swimming pool within the spa (swimming under the water) the water was highly chlorinated and she experienced red eye for a number of hours after, when requested first aid kit from staff for an eye wash - they only had antiseptic liquid and cotton wool within the hotels main first aid box - highly worrying from a 5star hotel, the staff said couldn’t help - very disappointing and upsetting as felt like they didn’t care. I would expect a 5star hotel to have a well stocked first aid kit and first aid trained staff on site to assist customers and staff in incidents. Hopefully this review will encourage the hotel to address its health and safety responsibilities to prevent and deal with potential health issues.

Close to the centre
Xheko was a really fantastic hotel with plenty to offer in the heart of Tirana. The spa was an amazing edition that brought a touch of class and the food was really good quality and value - had no hesitations on ordering room service etc. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with a really good variety of options served in an elegant environment. The roof had some great views, to boot.
All in all, not much! Was maybe hoping for a flourish or two extra in the room but that's not even a negative statement. I would easily recommend to other visitors to Tirana looking for a luxurious stay in the heart of the city.
This is a very special hotel with a small but well kept spa as well as a great restaurant. The architecture iş sometime a bit quirky but everything is of high quality!
