Great hotel in central location
Pros:

Great variety at breakfast of both hot and cold food. Staff very freindly. Terrace bar had strange rule we couldn't play cards there but not sure of reason. Rooms great and seemed luck f the draw if you go ta balcony or not. Spa amazing andd would recommend treatments. Great location.

La struttura è molto bella, caratteristica per chi piace uno stile un po retrò, pulito e il personale gentile ed educato…

Cons:

Forse i dettagli sono un po non curati, tipo la vasca idromassaggio in camera, non aveva uno scarico sul pavimento, infatti in caso di fuoriuscita di acqua bisognava usare gli asciugamani per asciugare il pavimento, altrimenti l’acqua andava verso la camera da letto… ma tutto sommato siamo stai molto bene.

Sorprendente Tirana
Pros:

Buona posizione rispetto al centro. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Letti molto ampi che garantiscono un buon riposo. Colazione standard internazionale. Grande valore aggiunto la SPA compresa nel prezzo della camera.

Difficile regolare il riscaldamento in camera. A volte arrivava caldo poi improvvisamente usciva Aria fredda

The staff was very professional and friendly, always ready. Every expectation was met. The room was perfect, overall better than the pictures can show.
