The hotel stands out for its exceptionally beautiful, spotless, and majestic architecture, featuring a classical Byzantine-inspired style that is kept in pristine condition with outstanding cleanliness. Its location is unbeatable, offering excellent access to all main roads and making it very easy to reach the city's tourist attractions. Without a doubt, the absolute highlight of the hotel is the spa area: the facilities and pool are spectacular, and the service is top-tier. The therapists are from Bali, Indonesia, and they apply an authentic, flawless, and highly professional Asian massage technique.
Unfortunately, the general operation of the hotel's services suffers from significant flaws due to a clear lack of supervision, communication, and coordination between departments. The management of the lobby bar is inadequate and fails to provide quality guest service or attentiveness. Furthermore, there are serious coordination issues in the restaurant and kitchen, leading to considerable delays with orders. Having a background in the hospitality industry (having worked as a waiter and with my husband being a chef), the lack of internal organization is glaringly obvious. This resulted in frustrating incidents, such as receiving a soup order late and having staff enter the room to drop it off despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being on, as well as witnessing altercations directly near the kitchen. These are administrative details that unfortunately overshadow the overall experience.
