La ubicación y el servicio de parking

Las instalaciones están obseletas, las habitaciones tienen muchos defectos que no arreglan y se lo dices al personal dos veces y no mandan a nadie a solucionarlo, como en nuestro caso que cogimos una suite superior con bañera de hidromasaje y no pudimos disfrutar de la misma porque el tapón del baño no se cerraba del todo y se filtraba el agua por el mismo, no se mantenía en la bañera. También estaba mal el mecanismo de tirar de la cisterna que había que darle un golpe o no paraba de soltar agua y así muchas cosas y pagamos una habitación carísima. El desayuno no era muy bueno, baja calidad. Nuestro pasillo de la habitación olía mal y hacia muchísimo calor esperando al ascensor porque no cerraban la puerta de la terraza y el ascensor lo usaban de montacargas y tenías que esperar por él

Luxury feel ant great value.
Pros:

Luxurious stay with great spa facilities
Pros:

Spa facilities were amazing, room and hotel were comfortable and gorgeous

Cons:

Breakfast was the only let down. There seemed to be too much food made and it didn’t seem fresh. We enjoyed that you could get an omelette freshly made though. Everything else seemed like it had been sitting there for a while.
