A mixed experience
Pros:

Great service from the staff; the food and cocktails from the restaurant were ok; the room was beautiful.

Cons:

We booked this hotel because of the spa and pool, however when we arrived the pool was being renovated. I would have appreciated being notified of this ahead of time. We paid for massages, but during our treatment there were loud power tools being used on renovations. Additionally, a smell of sewage came from the toilet in our bathroom.

La habitación que me tocó, una suite, fue excelente con jacuzzi en Medio de la habitacion y fruta fresca

Cons:

Es un edificio con varias zonas para desayunar hay que cambiar de zona según donde tengas la habitación. No es un problema

Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily return
Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and had a very pleasant experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of fresh options, and the spa facilities were lovely and relaxing.

Cons:

The massage was good and enjoyable, though not exceptional.
