Perfect stay for a getaway from the kids and relax.
Pros:

The restaurante food was great. The seabass with lavagante was a good surprise, i recommend. The deserts were ok, the one I liked the most was chocolate and coffee.
The pool is amazing, I believe the water might be slightly heated (25-26º), just great to enter even when you are hot from the sun.
The breakfast is not the biggest in terms of "variety" that I have encounter in 5-star hotel, but I found it enough and good product's quality.

Fijn en luxe hotel om Evora en omgeving te ontdekken.
Pros:

Prachtige gebouwen, vriendelijke mensen, mooie zwembaden en zeer goed eten. De historie gecombineerd met moderne luxe is bijzonder.

Cons:

De gevlochten ligstoelen aan het zwembad zonder kussens. Niet fijn. Beiden restaurants niet echt ingericht op buiten eten. Meubilair bij poolbar ook niet comfortabel.

De grâce vérifier s’ils ont un mariage ou similaire avant de réserver, si non s’abstenir

Un couvent magnifique, des chambres confortables, une excellente restauration, un très bel établissement.

Cons:

C’est “une usine à mariages et autres événements de groupes, ce qui est très gênant pour les individuels. Par mail on nous avait informés d’un mariage le samedi, les invités étaient parfaitement canalisés, donc aucun problème. Par contre rien d’annoncé pour le dimanche et le lundi ; l’Amérique du Nord a débarquée le dimanche ( un charter entier peut-être😂) l’hôtel leur appartenait, les pauvres individuels n’avaient que leurs yeux pour pleurer dans ce vacarme étourdissant. Incompréhensible! Le brouhaha était partout…. Cherchant veinement un endroit un our calme, pour prendre l’apéritif et dîner, on nous a répondu……. Peut-être au bord de la piscine!!
Ils ont un autre soucis de taille!!!! Un voisin a unemeute très importante de chiens qui hurlent depuis tôt le matin, à tard le soir….. l’hôtel est impuissanr face à cela, c’est gênant si on veut profiter de sa terrasse ou balcon.

Espectacular
Pros:

Todo genial, desde el principio hasta el final, su arquitectura, como se ha conservado la parte antigua y se han respetado las imágenes religiosas del lugar.
Me parece un lugar increíble, mucha tranquilidad.

Pros:

A historia do lugar , a beleza e bom gosto de como transformaram o convento em um hotel

Cons:

Só foi desconfortável para secar o cabelo, não tinha nenhuma tomada no banheiro e secador de hotel não funcionana para a maioria das mulheres
