Quarto muito confortável e serviço de limpeza impecável. Dobraram a roupa e tudo.
A comunicação dos funcionários na recepção. Não explicaram os pormenores todos com clareza. Nomeadamente a localização da piscina exterior, o horário da cozinha do bar da piscina fecha às 17h o que é muito cedo. O restaurante oliva esteve fechado na nossa estadia e nunca nos foi informado.
Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was amazing, will only let the Bar open a bit longer, and probably increase the service to go to the pool chairs. Restaurant had a good menu, but I would improve room decoration. To simple.Facilities, wine tasting, the small church, amazing staff ( special Arlindo and Julian at the restaurant and wine taste). Pool conditions were amazing. The girls on the SPA super kind as well and reception staff too.
The mini bar could have better options, was not tea available at the room (strange for a 5 star hotel), some bathroom consumers were not available, like tooth paste.

A piscina era fantástica, o pequeno almoço igualmente bom e o quarto bonito e espaçoso para além de super comodo. Adorei e voltarei uma terceira vez!

Super helpful staff and easy access to Evora a fascinating city
Food was OKish but random menus
Das Hotel ist ein Gemisch aus Alt- und Neubau. Der Altbauanteil ist ein altes Kloster. So sind Kreuzgang und Kirche ins Hotel integriert worden. Wir waren in einem modernen Anbau in einem modernen Zimmer untergebracht. Das Zimmer war groß, ebenso das Bad. Die Matratzen waren fest und bequem. Gutgefallen hat uns auch der Pool im Außenbereich, der sehr großzügig mit großer Grünfläche angelegt ist und eine Poolbar beinhaltet. Insbesondere das Personal an den Bars ist uns sehr positiv aufgefallen. Der Standort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge insbesondere Richtung spanische Grenze (Elvas, Monsaraz und Staudamm) Auch Evora zu besuchen, lohnt sich sehr.
Das Hotel liegt außerhalb von Evora. Das bedeutet, wenn man sich nicht im Hotel aufhalten will, muss man das Auto nehmen. Nicht gefallen hat uns, wie allerdings auch in anderen Hotels, dass die Minibar zwar vorhanden, aber leer war. Zudem hat die Dusche im Bad keine Handbrause. Es gibt nur eine in der separaten Badewanne. Überzeugt hat uns auch nicht das Frühstück. Es hat nichts grundsätzlich gefehlt, aber das Rührei beispielsweise wirkte wie eine Fertigmischung und nicht aus frisch aufgeschlagenen Eiern hergestellt.

Ao chegar restaurante para jantar fomos muito bem recebido e quando nos perguntaram onde queríamos sentar vimos que havia uma pessoa ( mulher ) a falar ao telefone em vídeo chamada aos gritos e pedimos qualquer mesa longe dessa pessoa e depois viemos a saber que era a dona do hotel , realmente achamos que esse comportamento não era adequado para o local ! Obrigado
