Para mim não foi ruim, pq eu buscava ficar um pouco mais afastado da cidade. Mas a distância para o centro é de uns 10 minutos de Uber
Stora rum med breda sängar. Fantastisk frukost med allt man kan önska. Ligger vackert i en lantlig miljö. Själva huvudbyggnaden som är över 500 år med den gamla kyrkan och restaurangen är imponerande.
Trädgården var lite slitet liksom tennis och padel- banorna

Restaurante Divinus: apesar do staff ser muito simpático e prestável (de salientar o Chefe de Sala Francisco e o empregado Arlindo), a comida deixou muito a desejar não só pelas doses como pelo preço elevado.

A estadia teve pontos positivos, mas há aspetos importantes a melhorar. Considero um desperdício de água lavar automaticamente as toalhas de piscina todos os dias, sobretudo quando poderiam ser reutilizadas a pedido do hóspede. Muitos hotéis já adotam programas de reutilização de toalhas, reduzindo o consumo de água e energia sem comprometer o conforto dos clientes. Seria uma melhoria significativa disponibilizar toalhas de piscina que o hóspede possa manter e reutilizar, caso assim o deseje, com informação clara sobre essa possibilidade.
O rececionista que nos atendeu não demonstrou a atitude adequada a um hotel de 5 estrelas, mostrando-se rude e pouco profissional no contacto connosco. Em estabelecimentos deste nível espera-se cordialidade, empatia e foco na resolução das questões dos hóspedes, algo que não aconteceu nesta ocasião.
Ao meio-dia ligaram para o quarto apenas para pedir que saíssemos, sem sequer perguntar se precisávamos de ajuda com as malas. Compreende-se que o hotel tenha uma hora de check-out definida, mas num hotel de 5 estrelas seria expectável uma abordagem mais cortês, oferecendo apoio com bagagem e, idealmente, verificando antes se seria possível algum grau de flexibilidade no horário. Estas melhorias seriam importantes para alinhar o serviço com o padrão que se espera de um hotel desta categoria
Staying in a 15th-century convent-turned-hotel was a truly unique experience. The historic charm was everywhere, from the beautifully furnished rooms to the stunning chapel adorned with traditional Portuguese tiles, grand gold decorations and vaulted ceiling. One of the highlights was dining in the "adega"—the old wine cellar. The food was delicious too.
The service was great too; the staff went above and beyond, handling our luggage and even taking care of the parking for us. Remember to visit the thousand-year-old olive tree in the garden.
It is only a 10-minute drive to Évora. About 30 minutes away, you can visit traditional wineries that still craft wine in massive clay pots—an experience that is definitely worth the trip.
