Oase der Ruhe in einer sehr lebhaften Stadt
Pros:

Tolle öffentliche Bereiche: Frühstücksraum, Bar, Pool, Terrasse. Gutes und reichhaltiges landestypisches Frühstück.
Sehr nettes Personal, immer bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gutes Essen vom Restaurant. Eine kleine Oase mit viel Grün und Vogelgezwitscher.

Cons:

Leider war unser Suite schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Dusche und die Waschbecken waren rissig und das Wasser lief nicht ab. Dies konnte selbst nach Info nicht beseitigt werden. Die Handtücher und die Bademäntel waren alt und der Stoff war an vielen Stellen dünn und durchsichtig. Dies galt auch für die Handtücher die am Pool bereit lagen. Dadurch das das Hotel außerhalb lag, ist man leider immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen, welches mindestens so teuer wie in Deutschland ist.

Parfait pour un séjour à Marrakech
Pros:

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel boutique, situé à l écart du tumulte de la ville, les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût, le petit déjeuner est excellent ainsi que la nourriture en général, les espaces extérieurs sont également très beaux (jardin, piscine)

Cons:

Petit bémol : les prix de la restauration et du spa sont un peu élevés mais la qualité a un prix donc c’est un « mini » avis négatif

Le personnel très agréable la décoration les équipements le petit-déjeuner excellent
La piscine chauffée la chambre très spacieuse et très jolie thé et café gratuit

Pas de cuisine marocaine dommage

Tranquil Boutique, perfect for a romantic stay.

Breakfast, quietness, decor, staff

Cons:

Open shower plan. Also one thing which made me lower my score. Whilst staying there the staff were amazing and met all expectations and requests. However I needed something after I left, I got zero comms or responses from the hotel/staff which made it seem like once you are gone it's done.

Tout était très beau, les chambres confortables et le personnel très agréable.
