Superbe établissement
Pros:

Établissement splendide, décoré avec beaucoup de goûts.
Le personnel est très attentionné.
La suite était vraiment magnifique. La literie est d’un confort sans nom.

Cons:

Point négatif pour le pack amoureux qui n’avait pas été préparée à notre arrivée (mais qu’ils ont rectifié par la suite)
Ainsi que pour la douche froide …

Wonderful aesthetic and lovely staff, very relaxing.
Pros:

Everything was very relaxing ans aesthetic. We really enjoyed the pool facilities and the restaurant. The staff was absolutely lovely.

Such a nice hotel with amazing staff
Pros:

The staff were incredible. They were always so happy to help with anything and so polite. Kamal in particular was such a nice guy. The hotel and the pool area was so nice, clean and relaxing.

Cons:

Drinks etc seemed a bit expensive but this seems to be a norm for any tourist destinations in Marrakech.

It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience.

Une seconde expérience en famille cette fois. Absolument parfaite.
Pros:

Nous sommes retournés aux palmiers pour la deuxième fois. Après un premier séjour idyllique en amoureux l’an dernier, cette fois nous avons emmené nos enfants et c’était une fois encore un moment magique.
La gentillesse et la qualité du service rend chaque instant exceptionnel, chaleureux et précieux. Nous reviendrons encore et encore tant nous sommes heureux d’avoir trouvé ce magnifique cocon pour nos vacances à Marrakech.

Oase nur 15 Minuten von der Medina entfernt
Pros:

Sehr grosses und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit zwei Terrassen. Die beiden Pools sind gross und die Liegen sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage insgesamt ist wunderschön angelegt und alles ist sehr geschmackvoll ein gerichtet. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war geschmacklich hervorragend und äusserst schön angerichtet.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ca. 15 Minuten von der Medina entfernt, das muss man sich bewusst sein. Die Preise für Getränke und Speisen sind gehoben.

Rigtig flot hotel. Dejlig stort med en rigtig god restaurant, spa og 2 pools. Alt var rent og rart. Pæne værelser også, med gode puder og en rigtig dyne. Skøn spa og meget meget godt personale. Alle var super behjælpelige og søde. Kender ikke hendes navn, men de har en ung marrokansk kvinde i receptionen UTROLIG flink og ydede altid god service. Derudover også mulighed for privat kørsel, med chauffør fra hotellet rundt til steder og lufthavnen. Super rart.

Cons:

Rigtig dårlig belysning på værelset. Det var så mørkt man ikke kunne se særlig meget, så man skulle næsten tænde lygten på ens telefon, hvis man ledte efter noget. Beliggenheden var ikke som sådan dårlig. Men man skulle køre ligemeget hvad. Ligger i mere lokalt område. Havde lidt uheldige oplevelser med folk der kastede sten efter en på gaden og fulgte efter en, men det er selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld.

Pros:

Het ontbijt was zeker goed en de accommodatie ook. Het was nu rustig maar ik denk dat als het druk is het zwembad met de bar en eetgelegenheid heel gezellig zal zijn. Het zal er ook allemaal heel mooi uit.

Cons:

De prijzen zijn echt bizar hoog! €7,50 voor een cola. €22,00 voor een salade en ga zo maar door. Ook de shuttleritten naar het centrum (€25 enkele rit) vind ik persoonlijk aan de hoge kant. Als je een taxi bestelde aan de receptie is de prijs ook echt niet normaal hoog. Wij gingen golfen, rit van 20 minuten en moesten €120,00 betalen. Het hotel is normaal je veilige thuishaven waar je ervan uitgaat dat je niet opgelicht wordt en dit gevoel was in dit hotel helaas helemaal anders. Onze kamer was heel donker met zeer weinig licht. Badkamer was dringend aan vernieuwing toe.

An unforgettable stay and one of the loveliest hotels we’ve experienced in Marrakech.
Pros:

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful stay at Les Palmiers Boutique Hotel & Spa. We were welcomed with complementary Moroccan Tea. The hotel is beautifully decorated with such a calm and luxurious atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax while visiting Marrakech.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, especially Karema and Hassna who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth and hospitality really made our experience even more special.

The food and drinks were amazing, especially the breakfast with fresh baked goods and the hotel has two lovely pools which are perfect for relaxing during the day. The hotel also kindly arranged transfers to anywhere we wanted to go, which made exploring Marrakech very easy and stress-free.

Our room was beautiful and had a lovely outdoor seating area which was perfect in the mornings while enjoying the complimentary tea and coffee.

Overall we had such a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Les Palmiers Boutique Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Marrakech. We would definitely love to return.

Oase der Ruhe in einer sehr lebhaften Stadt
Pros:

Tolle öffentliche Bereiche: Frühstücksraum, Bar, Pool, Terrasse. Gutes und reichhaltiges landestypisches Frühstück.
Sehr nettes Personal, immer bemüht und hilfsbereit. Gutes Essen vom Restaurant. Eine kleine Oase mit viel Grün und Vogelgezwitscher.

Cons:

Leider war unser Suite schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Die Dusche und die Waschbecken waren rissig und das Wasser lief nicht ab. Dies konnte selbst nach Info nicht beseitigt werden. Die Handtücher und die Bademäntel waren alt und der Stoff war an vielen Stellen dünn und durchsichtig. Dies galt auch für die Handtücher die am Pool bereit lagen. Dadurch das das Hotel außerhalb lag, ist man leider immer auf ein Taxi angewiesen, welches mindestens so teuer wie in Deutschland ist.
