The receptionist asked for extra money. The area manger spoke to us rudely but since I called the OYO customer care he gave us the room but said he is doing a favour.
Size of room was pretty big
I booked online with booking.com for 499..
When i reached the hotel..they said they dont have a room at that price...we didnot have any other option as luggage was too much..
We had ro pay 1200 for the roon..n they didnt even give bedsheets or anything..no one even asked for a bottle of water..no one came to the room for cleaning..it was dusty..they had no washroom supplies like shampoo or soap or anything it was just an empty room

Oyo shows 940 rubees for two rooms . But once I enter with my family they ask me one room 940 . After arguing plan to leave that room , then the hotel staff whispered " this time (3am)they will not get another room to his colleagues. Then another staff help me to take that room in same place . That staff so rude to us .
