I love this property for several reasons. Its strategic location in the Kuningan area means you’re never far from an array of dining options, whether it’s local street food or upscale restaurants. The unit is on the 28th floor, offering breathtaking panoramic city views, especially at night. The unique bathtub view makes evening relaxation truly special.

Additionally, the staff, particularly Mas Hariyanto, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The check-in was a breeze, and he was always available whenever needed. Finally, the property is wonderfully quiet, free from disruptive noise and the azan, which is ideal for those seeking a peaceful environment.

Cons:

I honestly have very little to criticize about this property. If I had to mention anything, I’d say that a small welcome gesture, like snacks or cookies, would have been a nice touch. Providing some laundry detergent would add an extra layer of convenience. Otherwise, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

We had very busy agenda in the city. The day of checking out we came back at 12 am and the owner offered us 2 extra hour
Pros:

First of all, cleanness and perfect condition of the apartment. Very nice view from the room and from the bathroom! I loved also location, quite close to all placed you may need. I also loved the pool.
All little issues such as missing laundry detergent, have been resolved right away.

The apartment was clean, and the property assistant was friendly

Cons:

They overbooked our reservation and let us know with less than 24 hours notice (say that we would be entitled for a refund but only in cash/local bank). They then given us an apartment with different facilities. I had to wait for an hour to do the checkin and was given a smokey apartment at first (they moved us to a different one) so overall it was a stressful experience. Bad costumer service as the owner was rude too.

Pros:

Lots of space and the location is easily reachable, there are enough nearby places to eat or buy simple groceries.

Hari our point of contact tried his level best to support us.

Cons:

The rooms were not well insulated and you could hear what was going on in the adjacent rooms. To make things worse, the aircon vents transported noise from elsewhere into the apartment. Some youngsters were having a party until late and the noise was heard through the aircon vents without knowing where the source was.

There were small flies in the apartment. They were after our food.

Towels are changed only twice during our 5 day stay and the number of towels was short changed.

Hot tub in the sky overlooking Jakarta
Pros:

It's the only facility I know where you can experience soaking tub at 28th floor with superb city vistas (skyscrapers, trains, super busy street) for LESS THAN 45 U$D. And Mas Hariyanto is very helpful

Cons:

I only had two days off . . . I wanna live here forever 😅

A gem in a hectic city, with a great view
