入住前，見網上寫明可免費退款，就全額付款，入住前職員竟然說要再付款，說他們沒有收到款項，叫我和平台查看。我於是索性退款，再問平台退款，但一直沒有收到回覆。我從來未試過如此差的體驗。不知向誰追討。

Extra service to delay check at 2pm is very convenient and nice for stayers.

The beds are super large.
Strong cigarette smell in the room while checking-in. It was the same even changing to another room. Not sure if it was because the market is located downstairs. After closing the windows and turning on the air conditioning for about an hour, the problem was solved.
The light control is not intuitive. When going to the bathroom at night, it disturbs the other person's sleep.

The lobby of the hotel looks modest, but the rooms are good-clean, comfortable, stylish, with all the things a traveler can need. The breakfast is really good with a lot of meals mostly Chinese. The hotel located not far from the HZM bridge, that is good, there many restorans around.
It is a bit difficult to find the hotel if one doesn't know the city.

Overall the experience at this hotel was really great. The facilities are perfect, everything is ultramodern, automatic. The room is big enough and we got a free upgrade for a massage chair in our room witch was fantastic.
The breakfast as well is just amazing, there are a lot of options to chose from and the value for money is perfect.
Only thing someone can dislike is that you need to pass through a local market to get to the hotel but for us it made it more like an authentic experience!
Definitely recommend it!
