Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering laundry service that was returned directly to our room—so convenient. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even providing us with an extra access card immediately upon request. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The location is very private and quiet, but the narrow approach road is frequently congested by inconsiderate parking. Perfect if you are on foot, but challenging for vehicles. Request a West Lake view for an improved experience.

上の階がちょうど食堂だったようで、朝晩の食事の時間帯に椅子を動かす音が何度も聞こえて結構気になりました。食事の時間帯以外はとても静かで過ごしやすかったです。

地理位置很好，就在岳王廟的後面，走到西湖邊2分鐘。
飯店很乾淨整潔，睡得很舒適而且還有水跟飲料提供免費。
櫃台服務真的是我碰過最好的，特別親切貼心，因為有需要寄快遞給朋友，幫忙我預約寄件之外還幫我看著快遞資訊，讓我朋友可以順利收到貨物；要預約用車也很細心的把注意事項跟我提醒。不管是早晚班都特別讓人感到窩心，下次去一定還會選這家。

Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor y está a un paso de un precioso templo y de la maravilla de lago de Hangzhou. El personal, amabilísimo y muy profesional. Las habitaciones, amplias. La familiar hará las delicias especialmente de las niñas. Muy recomendable. El desayuno, abundante. Si se quiere visitar las plantaciones de té cercanas, excursión muy recomendable, no dejéis de preguntar en recepción.

Sincere thanks to the team for their outstanding hospitality. The service was impeccable, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.
The facilities are superb, with many thoughtful touches that exceeded expectations — including foot-soaking tubs with herbal packs and steam eye masks, which were a delightful surprise.

The hotel also provides a light, wholesome supper in the evening, as well as bread and milk from 5:00–7:00 a.m. for guests departing early — a small but incredibly thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression.

In addition, the service arranged through the hotel with Hu Jie was excellent. Her fees were fair, and she was kind, knowledgeable, and wonderfully engaging.

Pros:

We love all the services and facilities including free light super, free laundry service and lots of toiletries are provided. The breakfast was great and value for money. The bed is firm but not hard. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a great experience and will highly recommend everyone to stay when you visit West Lake. It's just a walking distance to local attractions.

Cons:

The only thing that can be improved is that the shower head was a bit weak and we had one room that always had smoking smells.

Très bon hôtel - Patience pour les interactions
Pros:

Emplacement agréable dans une ruelle collinaire près du lac, jolie entrée avec verre d'accueil, calme, propreté, femmes de ménage et dame à l'accueil du restaurant très aimables, place suffisante pour les affaires de toilette dans la salle d'eau, toilettes japonaises, rideaux qui se ferment automatiquement, petits snacks et eau gratuits, nettoyage de vêtements gratuit, chambre vaste et prise en compte de la requête pour une chambre calme, éloignée de l'ascenseur et en bout de couloir. La jeune réceptionniste avec des lunettes est la plus aimable et également la plus compétente.

Cons:

1. Impossible d'accéder aux escaliers alors que je suis claustrophobe et qu'il y uniquement trois étages àdescendre. Cette non possibilité d'utiliser l'ascenseur est dangereuse en cas d'incendie, par exemple.
2. Pbs de compréhension, tout est long avec le traducteur et souvent peu clair. On perd du temps, d'autant que le receptionniste( le garcon) s'impatiente vite et m'a laissée en plan plusieurs fois en pleine conversation pour s'occuper d'autres clients. Et, quand il daigne revenir, il faut tout répéter. Cest exaspérant.. Heureusement que la jeune réceptionniste à lunettes est bien aimable, plus patiente et plus professionnelle.
