Pros:

Прекрасный отель рядом с Сиху, очень комфортные номера и невероятная локация-отель буквально утопает в зелени. Персонал очень приветлив и доброжелателен.

Был рядом с озером.
На завтрак были вафли!

Cons:

Неудобно расположен в узком переулке, такси не довозили и приходилось идти ещё 3-5 минут до отеля.
Завтрак был достаточно скудным, но все-равно сытным. Были вафли на завтрак !
Увы, не достался балкончик и вид из окна был не очень.

地點還算不錯，鬧中取靜，離岳王廟跟印象西湖秀很近。整間飯店CP值高，有提供宵夜，雖然是簡單的白粥、甜湯，對旅人來說很方便。飯店門口還有雨傘可以借，服務人員也很細心，看旅客出行或退房，還會詢問要不要多帶瓶水出門。

Como estar en un pueblecito rodeado de árboles.
Pros:

Desde la ventana se veían las ramas d un árbol inmenso, era como estar en un pueblecito.
En recepción tuvieron una paciencia inmensa y una dedicación total con varios problemas q tuvimos. Muy agradables y sonrientes.
Andando se llega en seguida al Lago del Oeste, muy buena ubicación.
Habitación muy espaciosa.

Sehr gute Lage 5 Gehminuten vom See. Sehr gute Betten. Freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sogar kostenfreie Snacks 5-7 am und 9-11 pm. Minibar gut gefüllt inklusive.

Strategy location as just steps away to west lake, room is comfortable and staff is helpful especially with free delivery service and handling at free laundry service

Highly recommended as kids like the room especially with free snacks and also high tech equipment inside the room

A superb place to stay. A super value for the money.
Pros:

The staff were wonderfully warm. Everyone has got a smile on the face from day one. The room was clean and c. The towels were Snow White. They have put a lot of water, drinks for free. The laundry was easy and convenient. Actually the staff helped did the laundry and placed the cleaned one to my room. The breakfast was tasty. The location was so close to the main attractions.

Cons:

Nothing at all. If you really needs one, maybe I’ll say the alley was a narrow one for cars to get in and out.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff went above and beyond, offering laundry service that was returned directly to our room—so convenient. They were extremely friendly and accommodating, even providing us with an extra access card immediately upon request. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The location is very private and quiet, but the narrow approach road is frequently congested by inconsiderate parking. Perfect if you are on foot, but challenging for vehicles. Request a West Lake view for an improved experience.
