Pros:

The helpful crew, washing machines and dryer, 200 meter to Yue Fei Temple, opposite West lake and can watch- Enduring memories of Hangzhou (must watch)

Cons:

Road is small but our driver is skilled enough. Also can take a stroll back to the hotel. Breakfast limited choice. Pillow too soft.

Petit déjeuner varié et bon

Cons:

Prudence, l’hôtel est à 2km de la station de métro la plus proche et un des chemins est une petite randonnée !
Aucun aménagement sur le balcon
Compliqué de se faire comprendre si on ne parle pas chinois; traducteurs obligatoires

Ao efectuar o check-in fui informado que tinha sido feito um upgrade no quarto. No entanto o mesmo tinha as condições indicadas no site da booking e a janela do quarto era virada para um local de tubagens e a 2 mts de uma parede não havendo qualquer contacto com a luz do dia

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à HANGZHOU !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très confortable, très bien équipé et calme. Le personnel est gentil. La situation est parfaite (aux abords du lac mais route calme)
Il y a quelques restaurants tout près et un beau temple.

Cons:

La déco des chambre est un peu vieillotte mais cela reste agréable et confortable.

Cons:

Breakfast cooked wonderful but some dishes lacked flavor. Staff were out of their depth with foreign guests. Tried to be helpful but didn't really succeed.
