Perfect location to visit the scenic area in Hangzhou
Pros:

We loved the location ! You are walking distance from some of the nicest places to wander around West Lake and there are some good inexpensive restaurants nearby. The rooms are nicely furnished and the hotel in general had a nice vibe.

Cons:

Breakfast was a mess, there were only 6 tables in total and every day was a struggle to ask to get a previously used table to be cleaned up for us ...

Eventhough what know now and did not before, i will go there again. Great spot for great price.
Pros:

Good architecture, great place (hiden from main road depaly in the outkirt of city), woods. The breakfast were sufficient, like 4/5 on my opinion. THey helped with booking for lake show.

Cons:

Not one person in hotel speaks english. They had electronic translator, but it takes 3-times longer to solve out anything.
Comunication on email was zero, absolutly missing. Big problem, our booking was canceled because of that. Solved on the spot with luck.

Das Personal benutzt eine Übersetzungs App. Kommu ikation hat daher gut geklappt. Die Lage war sehr gut. 5 - 10 min zu Fuss vom See. Kleines Gym ist vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und deckt asiatische und europäische Ansprüche ab.

We had just one night here and wanted to stay more time, hopefully next time. Is close to everything you desire with an excellent staff ready to help you with everything you need.

Cons:

Definitely needs better sign on the road for the location.

Good place to stay near West Lake.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Great location on the lake but back from the main road so not so noisy. Excellent value for money and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Instructions on how to navigate the walk from the nearest metro need to be clearer - and a warning on how difficult access was with cases using the metro would have been appreciated.
