Clean, Excellent location and very friendly staff.
The hotel is totally worth it for money. The beds are very comfortable, the room and hotel is quiet and clean. Location is in vibrant in heart of china town near to twins towers and famous KL landmarks. Thanks to Hotel receptionist Mr. Hassan, we were able to take check out fast and smooth. Really appreciate has assistance.

the reception smells like a smoking room...
there was nobody there... called and waited for 30 minutes then i left

if the reception smells that bad i cant imagine how the room smell

Great value in Chinatown.
Pros:

Excellent central location in Chinatown, nice facilities, clean rooms.

Cons:

There are many other Swing & Pillows hostels, including one in Petaling Jaya which is easily confused with Petaling Street. In fact, the y call this one Swing & Pillows Chinatown for that reason. They need to change the name on Booking. The address is correct.

Pros:

Good location in the China Town, vers central.
Internet was working well.

Cons:

Dirty sheets.
Rats in the building, also could hear them above/behind the room walls
The shower water heater was very loud and noisy when taking a shower.
It felt like a rathole in the room - quite small, bad lightening and the dirty sheets we didn't see first because of fhe bad lightening...
It is not worth the price, for the same you can find more decent places around. .
