Just as described and shown in the pictures
Pros:

It is very close to NAIA Terminal 1
Mall within walking distance
The facilities are very nice and clean
We loved the pool
Bed are very comfy
This small studio has everything we needed for our stay

Cons:

The location is not great to explore Manila, but it’s good if you just need to stay near the airport.
Faucet in the bathroom kept dripping
The oven/microwave didn’t work (or we couldn’t make it work) and there’s no stove so we couldn’t cook that much.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

This was a very nice complex not far from the airport. It was very convenient with the mall SM Sucat right next door to the complex. The staff were very helpful. The apartment had everything that you needed. The host answered any questions I had almost immediately.

Cons:

Prepare to be stuck in traffic. Can take up to 45 minutes extra to get a couple of kilometers. Not the host fault but first time to Manila and the traffic is real.

Nice place to stay beford flight
Pros:

Nearby our home in UPS my sister always bring us food. Nearby airport. Archie so helpful.

Cons:

You must remember your unit because the guard will always ask about your room number.

Great Location and Accommodating Owners
Pros:

I particularly appreciated how accommodating the owner and her son were during our stay. The space was very comfortable, especially since I have relatives living in the city. I had no issues asking if I could invite a few visitors, specifically my brothers. The apartment was well-equipped with nearly all the necessary utensils, cleaning tools, and furniture.

Cons:

I should have booked a parking space in advance, but I found the parking fees to be quite expensive. Additionally, I suggest spraying some insecticide occasionally.. The cookware provided was already burnt, which limited our cooking options. also it was electric i think because the place has smoke alarm. Lastly, I would appreciate it if a water heater could be installed in the bathroom for added convenience for someone who hate cold water like me.
