Fijne uitvalsplek in malakka met persoonlijke aandacht
Pros:

Mooi hotel, fijne locatie in malacca, prettig dat het een kleiner hotel is met persoonlijke aandacht en service.
Goed ontbijt alacarte

Nice quiet hotel overlooking the river but outside the main city centre.
Pros:

Rooms very spacious
Bfast was delicious and in a quiet relaxed setting
The concierge and the bellboys were very helpful
Loved the complimentary cookies in the lobby
Good car park

Cons:

The pool was a little small
Would have liked some choc or snack at turn down service
Getting to bfast required one to walk up a flight of stairs which was bit difficult for older folk, same issue to get to the rooms - this should be highlighted at booking
Would have appreciated a shuttle service to get to town as it’s a good 16 min walk
There was no HBO or Netflix on the TV

L’emplacement est très bien.
Les chambres sont jolies.
La piscine est agréable

The aircon was not working and couldn’t sleep well. The hotel should have checked the rooms before allocating to guests.

Elegant well located property with great staff and lovely colonial era vibe
Pros:

Location was great as easy to get into town but quiet. Property was very elegant. Didn't use the pool but looked lovely and great to have one in the heat. Staff were great and we loved the bar with the gin speciality happy hour and our excellent barman hailing all the way from Nepal!
