Pros:

Bart est vraiment une personne super. On a été très bien reçu. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables.

Pros:

De kamer zelf was ruim, schoon, lekker warm en de bedden lagen prima. De host gaf ons een welkom gevoel, waarbij het prima was om onze spullen vast binnen te leggen voor de check-in

Cons:

De rest van het huis was minder schoon, daar moet je tegen kunnen. Voor ons was het geen probleem

Pros:

Heel goede locatie voor een portie slaap na een goede avond uit. In het centrum van Gent met een vriendelijke eigenaar! Late check out. Niet fancy maar het doet wat het moet doen.

Pros:

The location was definitely good. The host was relaxed and gave a friendly introduction.

Cons:

The advert could've made it more obvious that the room available for booking is actually a spare room in a house, where the host is actively living i.e. using the same bathroom, kitchen, and toilet as the host. So their stuff is everywhere. It felt like staying in a stranger's student university house which could've definitely benefitted from a bit of a clean. Whilst the host was very very nice and clearly a good laugh, it was, at the end of the day, their house, that as strangers, you will be sleeping in, with no separate spaces apart from the bedroom.

Interesting and funny
Pros:

Great location, very nice host.
Beware that the room is separated from the living room only by a glass door with curtains on the room side.
The bathroom and toilets are not that clean and shared with the host.

Pros:

Location was good. And it was cheap

Cons:

Very dirty house. Especially the bathroom was kinda disgusting. Hair everywhere, very messy, dirty clothes hanging around,...
We didnt even use the shower since it looked so dirty.
I dont have high expectations but this was just disgusting.

This apartment was extremely old and dirty, with rubbish everywhere. I have never seen such a disgusting apartment. I didn't feel safe during my stay, as there were alcohol bottles scattered all over the place. Additionally, the door lock didn’t work, so we couldn’t lock it. It certainly wasn’t worth the money. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
Booking should remove such dangerous and dirty apartments!
