Pros:

The room was lovely, best bed in 6 weeks of travelling. Breakfast 10/10, lots of choice. Staff were amazing. Pool really nice for relaxing. Would definitely return.

Très grande chambre sympa et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le personnel très peu souriant et pas du tout naturel. La climatisation dans la chambre faisait un bruit pas possible. L'impression d'être proche d'un moteur d'avion

Value for money and enjoyable stay! Very peaceful
Pros:

Spacious, Clean, value for money, cordial staff, polite and a clean swimming pool.
We were served with additional vegetarian food at the breakfast buffet which is very much appreciated. Kudos to the staff!

Cons:

I liked everything about this property!!
Just some areas to improve.
Though the rooms are dated it was very well maintained. Placement of the room safe/locker and microwave was not ideal as it was well out of reach especially if you are not very tall. Please relook at this issue as we had to use a chair to place our things onto the locker. If we are dealing with hot food there is chance it may spill on us when taking it out of the microwave above.

Great facilities, clean, efficient and friendly hotel
Pros:

We were arriving late to stay overnight, and the Heritage was exactly what we needed. Good staff, excellent upgraded room and great breakfast.

Amazing
Pros:

Excellent day was really recovering after the marathon would definitely be coming back next year was a great way to relax and use the facilities for training purposes and relaxing stay

Cons:

Nothing really only downside was it was out of town but transport is very easy so nothing to really worry about

Werde sicherlich wieder kommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, aber könnte noch verfeinert werden! Das Personal beim Frühstück hatte meiner Meinung Sprech-und Lachverbot. Weit weg vom Land des Lächelns. Der Pool ist sehr groß und auch gepflegt!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr weit weg von einem 5 Sternen Niveau!
Das Reinigungspersonal war komplett überfordert und wir liessen nur Handtücher tauschen.

Pros:

It was everything you expect from a hotel like this, smart and professional

It was a bit far out from the centre, there is a good mall in walking distance, a good walk, but manageable, anything else really needed a taxi

Pros:

Hotel front desk Ms Nice, An, Pam and Kwang render good responsive services and helpful. Hotel management staff accommodative in according one room cancellation due to one group member being unwell. Room spacious and hotel located nearby Robinson shopping mall convenient for shopping and food. All of us are pleased staying at hotel.
