Firstly, Nicole at the front desk was really attentive, had good english, was quick and helpful as were pretty much all staff i encountered. The rooms are clean, well appointed, there are good facilities, easy pick up drop off areas, good views and food and value for money (plus free upgrade if a room is available, without asking, like what happened for me). Highly recommended.
I didn't find anything to complain about.

They charged me for a room service meal that I didn’t have and will not back down even though I never ordered any room service the whole stay. Therefore I will not be staying there again
Super nice design and super clean everywhere. Breakfast buffet was good and staff was very responsive.
We wanted to book a tour to the Hakka round houses and Mr Dylan from the reception took half an hour to make calls and arrangements and help us to get the best possible deal. The tour was great and made us very happy. Thank you Mr Dylan!!!
The roof top restaurant was closed and the small counter which calls itself a bar!!! is very uninspiring and you cannot even order wine by the glass.
Concierge staff speaks no English at all and are helpless.

雖然有海景，但是窗戶氣密真的蠻差的
即便住高樓層依然馬路的汽機車聲音很明顯
晚上睡眠品質較差
海景房間景色怡人，房間寬敞且無煙味，房間設施新穎，早餐豐富美味。
房間落地窗旁的氣密小窗戶無法緊密關妥，造成早晨馬路上的噪音房間內聽的非常清楚影響睡眠。

入住期间为音乐节，宾客较多，电梯等候时间稍长。
I normally stay here during my trips to Xiamen (work) and it is very comfortable and the facilities are great.
This time during my stay at the floor 20 I found a cockroach at the sink of the bathroom.m, it was not pleasant considering it is a Crowne Plaza hotel.
