Good property. Would stay again. At low tide can walk to McGhee beach.
Pros:

The room exceeded expectations. Very comfortable. Breakfast is also great. Where else can you get your fresh pancakes - at a press of a button! And the cinnamon rolls - best ever!

Cons:

Not a fan of pets in a hotel. But I did learn that floor 3 and above should be no pets.

Nettes Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, direkt am Wasser (Corpus Christi Bay) und unweit vom Stadtstrand (McGee Beach). Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer (kein Teppichboden sondern Vinyl/PVC in Holzoptik), alles sauber. Sehr gutes und typisches Holiday Inn Express - Frühstück im großen Frühstücksraum. Großer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, leider aber nicht kostenfrei (15 USD+Tax). Sehr positiv empfanden wir, dass wir vor der offiziellen Zeit einchecken durften. Vielen Dank dafür! Das Personal war im gesamten Haus sehr sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Nachbarhotel wurde gerade gebaut und Blick aus dem Zimmer war direkt auf diese Baustelle. Für 1 Nacht war es auszuhalten. Gebühr (15 USD+Tax) für den Hotelparkplatz fanden wir etwas übertrieben!

Nice comfortable affordable stay
Pros:

The location was perfect we were visiting our daughter who attends TAAMCC. Nice view of the water and close to the restaurants
