My staff was not given the room because someone else was in the room. My money has not been refunded

My staff was not given the room because someone else was in the room. My money has not been refunded as well which is all scam. My staff spoke to the owner and he was offering another small room at £10 discount and this was rejected as it was not what we ordered. As of today, my money has not been refunded and it is unbelievable
