Best Solo retreat ever
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, from the porter, to Michelle (waitress), reception staff. To the lady who upgraded me, thank you. The room was spectacular.

It was Good.
Pros:

room perfect, breakfast perfect, carnivore restaurant not good: food was not up to standards and service was not good.

Cons:

For 2 hours at carnivore drinks waiter only 2 times at table (and we had to signal a waiter for that) and for the price we only got 3 meats guys at our table and our salads in our bowls were filled less than half way. We actual went to Misty hills restaurant inside after Carnivore.

Pros:

The room was beautiful for the price, cart fetched us from the car and took us to reception then our room. Staff is friendly.

Stay was peaceful & relaxing. Breakfast was excellent. All porters & staff were helpful, friendly.

Maybe a few extra bays would help , especially for elderly people.

Guter Start nach einem Nachtflug
Pros:

Lecker Essen im Carnivore und im A la Carte Restaurant. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück (Buffet). Guter Start in unseren Urlaub nach dem Nachtflug. Lohnenswerte Wanderung zu einem Wasserfall im nahe gelegenen Walter Sisulu Botanical Garden (Roodeport).

Our stay was great.
Pros:

Breakfast were fine on both days. The place is very nice to allow you to rest. The staff were always ready to guide and direct us on the place we are looking for. Very close to Moyo Restaurant.

Cons:

There was no swimming facilities available. The dinner the Friday we arrived was not well prepared with the staff not being able to serve us everything we ordered.
