The halaal breakfast option is bad a lot of sugar needs to be better warm food requested Sheff to make me omelette with cheese and tomato random mushroom only and he used the same spatula contaminating my food

Its just relaxing

The aircon didnt work,they dnt provide floor mat and its very cold.Their tv was not working well

Sega was a beautiful person, so eager to please. She's a gem

Potentially very good, attention to details could make it excellent
Pros:

The ambience. The staff were uniformly excellent.

Cons:

Flights of steps with no handrails, causing a fall at one point - fortunately only bumps and bruises but it could’ve been much more serious. Long walks getting round the site and spasmodic service in the golf carts. Not very disabled-friendly.

Room was cold when we arrived and the heater/ac did not work properly. Maintenance provided a separate heater immediately and fixed the room one on day 2.
