Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable, souriant et aimable. L'emplacement est idéal à 5 minutes d'Europe Park.
Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et bon. Les lits sont confortables, il y a même une barrière de sécurité fournie pour le lit en hauteur (superposé) pour assurer la sécurité de l'enfant pour pas qu'il tombe. La.chambre est très propre.

Cons:

Il manquerait peut-être juste un petit frigo pour y déposer des boissons car l'été ça se réchauffe vite !

Zeer goed ontbijt , vriendelijk onthaal. Goede uitleg mbt het verblijf en het uitchecken. Elke dag werd de kamer mooi opgemaakt.

Hôtel très propre, rien à dire là-dessus

Cons:

Literie horrible. Nous avons écourté notre séjour à cause de cette literie. Le lit est très mou. Et les oreillers aussi. Dommage car tout le reste on a rien à redire.

Perfecte uitvalbasis voor Europa Park en omgeving
Pros:

Het had alles wat je nodig had voor het type hotel wat het is. Heel schoon en dicht bij Europa Park. Ook dicht bij station waar je makkelijk een bus naartoe kan nemen, maar ook een trein mocht je dat willen. Ook goede uitvalbasis voor leuke steden eromheen.
Ontbijt was boven verwachting met genoeg keuze. Peroneel had aandacht voor details.
Makkelijk in en uit te checken.

Cons:

Alles was naar tevredenheid.

Wij waren hier op doorreis naar Italië , prima hotel , vlakbij de snelweg, maar toch heel rustig .
Mooie kamers , heel goed ontbijt !

Pros:

Llegamos fuera de horario de recepción y sin ningún problema con la llave de la habitación. Todo muy limpio, habitaciones silenciosas, desayuno muy bueno. Muy buena conexión.

Très bon hôtel pour y sejourner dans un lieu calme et agréable. Dommage que certains points cités plus haut n’aient pas
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés le côté calme de l’hôtel, la propreté des chambres ainsi que de l’hôtel en général. Le parking était également très agréable pour y garer sa voiture. Les matelas sont très bons et confortables. L’insonorisation des fenêtres sont également très bons malgré une route très passante derrière l’hôtel.
La grandeur de la chambre de toit, immense terrasse privative et équipée en chaises et table et chaise longue. Le réfrigérateur en chambre est aussi vraiment très agréable pour pouvoir y stocker des boissons au frais. La mise à disposition jusqu’à 23h de la machine à café ou vous pouvez y boire des cafés et différents autres boissons allant du thé en passant par le chocolat chaud, un régal.

Cons:

Le côté qui mériterait un petit plus pour être top serait le buffet du petit déjeuner qui manque un peu de choix parmi les pains et petits pains. Les pains qui étaient proposés sont pas de très bonne qualité (cela regarde que moi).
Un autre point qui est est un détail mais qui mérite d’être signalé c’est le débit d’eau dans la douche qui est pour moi trop faible ( peut-être un réglage ?)
