Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartement im Herzen von Palermo
Pros:

Schönes helles Appartement im Herzen von Palermo und nur ein paar Geh-Minuten entfernt vom Bahnhof. Etliche Restaurants, Geschäfte usw. sind problemlos per pedes zu erreichen. Ein relativ großer Supermarkt (LIDL) ist auch nur ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Vieles weitere wie Normannenpalast, Dom, Quattro Canti, Teatro Massimo, Mercato Ballaró, Mercato della Vucciria etc. sind ebenfalls problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Mercato del Capo läuft man halt ein klein wenig länger.

Cons:

Das Wetter war leider miserabel, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts!

Na pewno wrócimy:-)
Pros:

Apartament jest przestronny z bardzo dobrą lokalizacją, 2 min od ul. Vittorio Emanuele, 10 min spacerkiem od stacji Palermo Centrale. Blisko sklep z warzywami i owocami oraz Lidl. Wygodna kuchnia, Dobra kawa z ekspresu w który jest wyposażona kuchnia. W kuchni jest też toster, sokowirówka i kuchenka. Mieszkanko cieple. Bezpieczna okolica. Podczas następnego pobytu wybierzemy na pewno ten sam apartament.

Cons:

Jedyne zastrzeżenie to temperatura wody w łazience-mała terma, więc ciepłej wody dla 3 osób nie wystarczyło. Ostatnia osoba musiała zaczekać aż nagrzeje się woda lub wziąć letni prysznic.

• Duża, komfortowa przestrzeń – apartament był przestronny i wygodny do codziennego funkcjonowania
• Bardzo wysoki poziom czystości – mieszkanie było zadbane i dobrze przygotowane na przyjazd
• Kawa dostępna w apartamencie – miły, praktyczny detal, który realnie uprzyjemnia pobyt
• Nowoczesny standard wykończenia – estetyczne wnętrze, zgodne ze zdjęciami

Cons:

• Niska temperatura w apartamencie – przy ok. 15°C w Palermo mieszkanie było bardzo zimne
• Niewystarczające ogrzewanie – klimatyzacja ustawiona na maksymalne grzanie nie dawała realnego efektu
• Kafelkowe wykończenie całego mieszkania – potęgowało uczucie chłodu
• Zimna kamienica – sam budynek sprawiał wrażenie niedogrzanego
• Niekomfortowa lokalizacja wejścia – boczna uliczka, dużo śmieci i brak poczucia bezpieczeństwa
• Brak kontaktu z gospodarzem – brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości (WhatsApp i Booking), m.in. w sprawie pozostawienia bagażu

Pros:

Location so comfortable, we basically just reach everywhere by walking. The property is tidy with everything you need. There is a large balcony, I believe in summer we can enjoy a lot, but unfortunately we came in winter;)

Pros:

Posizione comodissima per visitare a piedi la città. L'appartamento è ben ristrutturato, all'interno di un palazzo storico; è dotato di ogni sorta di apparecchiatura (macchinetta del caffè con cialde a disposizione, forno a microonde, tostiera, spremiagrumi ecc.). Valerio è stato molto preciso e puntuale nelle comunicazioni. Ci ha fornito informazioni utili per i posti dove cenare e per la prima colazione (stupenda la pasticceria del Chiostro), dove depositare i bagagli, con quali mezzi arrivare dall'aeroporto, ecc.

Cons:

Ho constatato che in tutti i vicoli di Palermo c'è degrado edilizio e sporcizia. Anche l'ingresso di questo alloggio è in un vicolo che appena arrivati ci ha spiazzato. Ma questo non è colpa del B&B perchè tutti i vicoli del centro storico sono così. E' un vero peccato tenere così male una città Patrimonio Mondiale Unesco.
