Pros:

Cleaning standards were good.. Comfy beds with clean sheets every day.
The hotel was close to the beach..The staff were very attentive ..

Cons:

The hotel was a bit outdated.
The shower water was often cold .
The main areas, the restaurant and entertainment room, were very cold.
The evening entertainment was pretty poor.

Quite a good place to stay if you want some peace and really nice pool in a beautiful garden..
Pros:

Overall very nice hotel, though I stayed in other hotels (after checking out from this hotel) for a very similar price and there were better options. Adults only means most people there are very elderly guests. It wasn't bad for me, but some people might want to know, before choosing this hotel...

Cons:

They might want to consider checking their sewage, pipes, electricity and similar on at least weekly basis...
I had 2 faulty sockets in my room and the sink was clogged... Sound system by the pool plays very distorted music. Very annoying, I had to use my earphones to avoid listening to that...

Un hôtel décevant, mais Agadir est un très agréable endroit pour la plage et le soleil
Pros:

La situation géographique, près de la plage. le snack ouvert toute la journée permettant de prendre des en-cas. Le cadre avec la piscine très paysagée, et accès à la digue et la plage tous proches.

Cons:

Malgré ma demande d'avoir un appartement calme, loin de l'ascenseur, il nous a été attribué une chambre juste en sortie de l'ascenseur. les ventilations des roof-top resonnaient dans la chambre. Par contre vue sur la piscine. Mais chambre inhabitable compte tenu du bruit. Nous avons donc réagi une première fois, mais pas de chambre autre disponible , il faut attendre demain. le soir n'y tenant plus je suis de nouveau allé réclamé et une chambre plus calme était disponible avec vu sur les services de l'Hôtel voisin. Nous avons donc déménagé. La chambre était moins bruyante mais pas TOP au niveau de l'environnement. (Heureusement, nous n'avons pas passé beaucoup de temps dans la chambre). L'alimentation était présente en quantité, mais la qualité n'était pas au rendez-vous! De plus le service dans les chambres utilisait des chariots qui roulaient sur le carrelage (voir photo) en faisant un bruit d'enfer jusqu'à 10h du soir et parfois même le matin.

Never, never put customers in room 311 and similar as the noise from the night club is infernal.
We lost a night’s sleep on the first night. Before being moved to an excellent room.

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu i dziękuje za miłą obsługę.
Pros:

Wyśmienita, przemiła obsługa. Fantastyczne miejsce. Brakowało troszkę muzyczki przy basenie ale i tak było super. Kolory odbijające od basenu razem z całym tłem przyrody wyglada pięknie.
