Petit hôtel plein de charme, personnel au top, petit déjeuner excellent et la piscine est top ! On peut tout visiter à pieds depuis l’hôtel. Très bon séjour !

A simpler dinner option for families with local cuisine would have been nice.

Le notificamos de nuestra llegada en la madrugada y ahí estaba todo el equipo listos para recibirnos, un servicio excepcional, Quedo muy agradecido con todos en el hotel por su trato de excelencia y gran amabilidad.
Podría mejorarse la insonorización de las ventanas y balcones, en época de Monsoon la lluvia puede despertarte, para mi no fue un problema, pero para unos amigos más sensibles sí un poco. Fuera de eso, yo disfruté el sonido de la lluvia.

Our stay at Eight Bastion was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The entire team made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
We loved the complimentary tuk-tuk sightseeing tour, which was a wonderful way to discover Fort Kochi. The food at East Indies, the hotel’s restaurant, was excellent, and the pool was fantastic—our daughter absolutely loved spending time there.
As we had a very early flight, the staff kindly prepared a breakfast pack for us, which we greatly appreciated. It’s these thoughtful touches and the genuine warmth of the team that made our stay so special.
Thank you to everyone at Eight Bastion for your outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Kochi.
Hôtel tres bien situé pour visiter Fort Kochi. Grande chambre propre et disposant de tout ( bouilloire, tasses, ventilateur, brosse à dents, peigne, etc…) piscine super agréable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est excellent avec choix sur une carte du menu sucré ou salé. Le meilleur expresso que j’ai bu en Inde, délicieux pancakes, jus de fruits variés, bref le paradis pour les gourmands. Le personnel est merveilleux : discret et souriant, on se sent à la maison! On a passé un super moment et bien sûr qu’on a envie d’y retourner! Merci à vous tous! 🙏🏻

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and were always ready to help with anything we needed. The property was well maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable.
The only minor disappointment was the hot chocolate served at the restaurant. It tasted quite bland and wasn't what we expected. Apart from that, everything else was wonderful, and we had a great experience.

We loved our two night stay - the hotel is a lovely quiet haven from busy streets of Kochi. The hotel takes its sustainability policy very seriously with minimal plastics and real leaf tea with teapots in rooms -so no tea bags! But it was the wonderful staff and delicious food that made our stay perfect
