השף באופן אישי דאג להוציא לי מנות מותאמות ללא גלוטן וללא סוכר עם התאמות לכשרות
למרות שהחדר היה צמוד לקבלה היה שקט מופתי בלי הפרעות
כללו בהזמנה גם 2 סיורים חינם. אחד רגלי להיכרות עם הרובע ואחד על טוקטוק.

חשבתי שזה כולל שאטל לשדה תעופה הלוך ושוב. אבל לא, סידרו לי מונית נהדרת בתשלום שהיה מעט יקר יותר מהובר

Great hotel in a perfect location.
Pros:

The hotel is in an ideal location in the old town of Fort Kochi. All the attractions are easily reachable by foot, and there are lots of restaurants and even a Kathakali show nearby. The price of the hotel included a 2 hour Tuc Tuc drive and a guided morning walk, which were both great. The room was spacious and clean. The Buffet breakfast was great with a good choice (the only thing I missed was Muesli). Free afternoon tea/coffee. Good selection of food for dinner. The kitchen can on request prepare the dishes with less or no chili for sensitive stomachs.😋 The biggest asset is probably the staff: always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

What I found slightly confusing was that there were several multi-gang switches in the room, but without indications which switch is for what. So I had to "play piano" every time to put on what I needed.

Gem of a place ✨️
Pros:

Really loved our stay, as the property came above our expectation including the location.
The other standout was the "Service, warm,friendly, attentive and caring staff personals from the security, the front check in reception, the restaurant and house keeping all talented professional and helpful" that made our stay comfortable.
We were glad that we selected to stay at this property and experience the hospitality of a well run hotel.
Would definitely recommend the property.

A fine hotel with nice food and a great night sleep
Pros:

A very nice hotel. We enjoyed the pool and the bed was SUPER comfortable. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a little expensive but very nice, and the breakfast options were great with both a continental buffet and cooked breakfasts available.

Fantastyczny czas!
Pros:

Wszystko było niesamowite - od przepięknych pokojów, przez wyśmienitą kuchnię po absolutnie cudowny personel. Lokalizacja idealna. Pomoc Akhila była nieoceniona.

Cons:

Ten hotel nie ma minusów - to spełnienie marzeń na rozpoczęcie wyprawy do Indii.

Pros:

La ubicación increíble, el desayuno excelente para cualquier nacionalidad, las instalaciones muy buenas y el personal sumamente amable. Le notificamos de nuestra llegada en la madrugada y ahí estaba todo el equipo listos para recibirnos, un servicio excepcional, Quedo muy agradecido con todos en el hotel por su trato de excelencia y gran amabilidad.

Cons:

Podría mejorarse la insonorización de las ventanas y balcones, en época de Monsoon la lluvia puede despertarte, para mi no fue un problema, pero para unos amigos más sensibles sí un poco. Fuera de eso, yo disfruté el sonido de la lluvia.
