Pros:

The location was amazing, so close to the beach and lots of good restaurants around. The hotel itself was very cozy, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully crafted.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Eighth Bastion. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which made for a great first impression. Our room was very spacious, and the bathroom was absolutely massive—both beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean.
The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was attentive and detail-oriented, which really enhanced the overall experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch.
We opted for the half-board option, and the food exceeded our expectations. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety and quality. A special touch was the chef personally coming to our table each day to check how we enjoyed the meals—something we really appreciated.
One of the highlights was the complimentary 2-hour tuk-tuk ride, which I would highly recommend to anyone staying here. It was a fantastic way to explore the area.
Overall, we were extremely impressed with the service, hospitality, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

Cons:

It would have been great if you had links with your operators but apart from that it was excellent.

Could not have had a better introduction to Kerala . One of the best and nicest hotels I’ve stayed in.
Pros:

Loved the room, the impeccable staff , all smiles and eager to help. The lovely pool, the excellent chef and food , he took time to come out and speak to guests regularly. The location is very convenient, the place is spotless and is excellent value. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Cons:

Nothing , just could have stayed longer.

Lovely lovely staff and service with amazing tuktuk tour
Pros:

We only stayed here for one night but the staff were beyond lovely and made our stay comfortable.

We had a complementary tuktuk tour of the town included and honestly it made our stay! Please request Haneef for the tuktuk tour as he went above and beyond to show us his home town of Kochi that he so dearly loves.

Also a 5 min walk from the beach and great restaurants so fantastic location.
