Great holiday with 3 senior ladies . Good place for a laid back holiday

Fabulous Staff, Service, location and amenties
Pros:

Service was par Excellence. Thr staff from the security front office room service the restaurant were all very polite and professional and attended to everything. Hotel was clean and the complimentary coffee and tea collection in the.room was fabulous. The bathrooms were spacious clean and well lit. The room was adequate and very comfy bed. We had a large balcony which was great .Breakfast food was more than adequate and they had a menu we could order any type Eggs or indian foods and a wide choice of coffee or tea in complimentary breakfast .

Cons:

The room house slippers were a bit flimsy and easily come apart but they were still adequate .

Pros:

Vraiment super ! Meilleur hôtel de notre séjour. Personne aux petits soins. Restau de l’hôtel parfait pour dîner. Petit dej mega complets. Chambre propre grande avec salle de bain magnifique. Piscine sympa aussi. Super bien placé. Plage, filets de pêche et théâtre disponibles à pieds. Merci infiniment super séjour. Nous avons même prolongé d’une nuit.

Cons:

Chambre au rez de chaussée devant l’accueil un peu bruyante la première nuit parce que clients bruyants en face. Eau piscine pourrait être un rien plus fraîche. Visite en tuktuk sympa sauf les arrêts dans les magasins où on se sente poussés d’acheter. Ce ne sont que des détails l’expérience globale était vraiment top!

A place that felt less like a hotel and more like a home we didn’t want to leave.
Pros:

We stayed at this property for 3 days, and from the moment we arrived, it never felt like a hotel — it felt like a warm, relaxed home. The staff made us feel like family, and their warmth and hospitality truly stood out throughout our stay.

My 2-year-old toddler had the best time here. The pool was so easily accessible, which made it perfect for a family stay, and being right in the heart of Fort Kochi meant everything was within walking distance.

For two whole days, we simply soaked in the calm atmosphere, chilled by the pool, and enjoyed how attentive and helpful the staff always were.

We’re definitely coming back soon — we already miss the place!

First class hotel in exciting location.
Pros:

This property was first rate. Beautiful rooms. Great breakfast. Close to everything that is Fort Kochi.

The room service was a bit intrusive - they would make up your room & then check again later if you want anything.

Perfect for short stay

The dinner menu has very little choices .. Kerela’s culinary is very rich hence there should be more choices on the menu..
