The facilities were perfect. Flat was very cozy and inviting. Plenty of room for everything. Was spotless upon arrival and the instructions given to get the keys and enter the building were clear and easy to follow. The owner was extremely generous and friendly.
Nothing. It was a perfect stay.
Stayed here in a double room before. This time the apartment was vacant and I wasn't disappointed. This time on the first floor. Shared shower room toilet was never already occupied. Very spacious room. Well laid out. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely decor. Venetian type blinds meant a choice of sunlight . Overhead and floor standing maidens in the itchen accompanied by a washing machine. Ideal for longer stay. Restaurants nearby as is the main shopping street. And a green park area as near too. Walking distance from the train or bus station.
Nothing I didn't like.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped
Only criticism was the floor boards outside the apartment and when the occupants of other apartment moved we could hear them at 6 am etc

Everything lovely place
The space.was emmense ....cosy ..facilities in kitchen great ..left cereal milk other thoughtful items ..managed to wash a few bits as there is a washer/dryer... table to sit at for meals.
Huge sofa ..towels and smellies included in the shared toilet and shower which wasn't a issue.
Thoughtful items like books and card games.
Big tv ideal for room.

Very clean, lovely room. The host was so sweet, made sure i got there okay and helped me with every question i had. I was not expecting the room to be so nice for how much i paid but the host really went above and beyond :)

The milk in the fridge is in a water bottle and not labeled. It would be better to use the original packaging.
This was a great stay for a very good price. The studio is bigger than it looks in the pictures! It was quite cold when I got to Preston but the temperature inside the studio was perfect. The shower gets really hot, it's in the city center, and Andrew was super helpful at all times! Great communication too :)
It took me a minute to get how to use the blinds but that's it, not really a complaint just me being clueless.
