Awal saya booking disini karena semua hotel yang lain sudah full , hanya tinggal apart ini yg masih available .
Saya check in jam 10 mlm ternyata reseptionis nya ga ada org , kosong , tanya security pun , di infonya reseptionisnya memang ga ada , dan ga ada kunci kamarnya juga . Matik gak ???
Sedangkan itu sudah tengah mlm . Dan akhirnya saya mesti cari hotel lain lagi karena apart ini kunci nya tidak tersedia . Padhal saya sudah book dan payment di booking.com nya
