Good value and friendly staff
Shower holder and door were broken and needed repair
Great location and engaging, friendly staff.
The building has good character and reasonable parking.
The bar was struggling with supplies and there were a issues with decor in the rooms which would benefit from some attention. Nothing bad, just a bit of redecorating needed.
We liked everything the staff were exceptional
Nothing to dislike

Location was great … good facilities…
Breakfast excellent .. even got a glass of wine on arrival
Nothing

The property is beautiful.I love the environment and the ambiance
Highy recommend
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms
Everything
The building itself was beautiful and the hotel did have a great deal of potential
The room we booked we were informed in the week would not be available, the gentleman on the call offered a room of equal value and there would be a gift in the room when we arrived.
Parking we were asked to put our plate number in a machine and then billed £5 (petty complaint I know)
The room we were given was a standard double room (not a massive issue) we were handed a bottle of wine, both my wife and I pointed out that we dont drink and the member of staff smiled and asked if we needed two glasses and then said if I wanted another bottle it was no problem,
The room itself was basic (again no problem) the bathroom visually really nice smelt as if the door hadnt been opened in sometime it had a real mouldy smell, the doors in the room were extremely heavy to open.
The table in the room's glass was broken when we pointed this out to the gent he smiled and said we needed to speak with reception (of whom we didnt see again).
We had an evening event we were attending and wanted something to eat before hand, we were told that there was a party the night before so the kitchen would not be open this evening (Friday) he advised that there was a restaurant a short walk up the road and it did exceptional food, (wetherspoons rammed with Friday night drinkers, we chose not to eat there).
Breakfast was not too bad there was a good selection.
There was no staff to speak to on check out.
Overall is that the hotel has a great deal of potential but is ran to an extremely low budget
Good location, friendly staff, appeared aesthetically pleasing
Not clean- lots of dust on bed, broken/ tarnished bedside tables, toilet dirty, limescale inside kettle, lipstick stains on water glasses
