Pros:

The reception staff were very polite and welcoming. We experienced a small issue when we first arrived, but it was resolved quickly and professionally by the team.

The room was comfortable, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient, yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful, allowing for a good night’s sleep.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wouldn’t choose again
Cons:

As a solo female I did not feel safe, particularly as was put in a room quite a few flights of stairs below the main floor, in a room in a dark corridor with no window and no proper safety lock. Also found pubic hair on the toilet seat which made me question how clean it was. Area surrounding was very derelict.

Extremely disappointing stay. The room did not match the listing photos and the property was in poor condition, how can MOULD be tolerated these days.. and dust left in the room like never touched . Poor lightning just to cover all issues. Not Boutique at all.

Handy stay close by to Don Valley Bowl, location felt safe and secure, good value for money and breakfast was wonderful.
