Worst stay ever , would never return . No value for price paid

Very unwelcoming. Dark and not clean ,
Room freezing on arrival at 19.30 .
Cold bathroom , towel rail not working .
Disgusting filthy breakfast area .
No menus for cooked breakfast 🍳 .
Bread for toast part frozen 🥶.
Complete lack of any staff . I man doing everything , running reception , cooking . So so unhygienic. When arrived a card reader thrust in my face to pay a £5.00 parking fee .The shower was broken and bed was horrendous . How can this be a spa / boutique hotel . The route given to get back into the hotel at night was so dangerous /slippery and horrendous . No lighting at all down terrible outside stairs .
The breakfast room position at the front door was ridiculous, they had a heater on
The wall . Also a speaker blaring out loud
Music. Sadly no customer service whatsoever.

Stayed for one night in the winter so didn’t use the bar or restaurant , but the rooms have been refurbed, the bathroom

Absolute dump. Don’t know where to start really. Opposite a strip club. Disturbances all night from the 24/7 door makes me think it’s being used as a brothel. Freezing cold with the bust windows. Carpet manky didn’t want to touch it, can’t wait to go home to get a clean shower. Could smell coke soon as stepped in the room. Bedding was clean but stained, the stained pube ridden throws on top were unnecessary. Tiles uneven in bathroom. Just a dive. Would have checked out if we hadn’t have got there so late. Thick with dust everywhere. Did not feel safe to sleep

Yawar was a great help and i would highly recommend

he makes an excellent host and is always kind, i would definitely go back in the future
