Location good
Blood stained sheets, dirty walls, small room with very small window so very hot.
Comfortable room.
Staff need to improve customer service. Mould on bathroom ceiling in ensuite.
In a good position.
Room was ok, but difficult to get back in after eating.
Not fit for purpose
Nice comfy bed. Spacious bathroom. Good choice for breakfast.
Room too hot. Window wouldn't open painted shut.. No toilet paper in bathroom. Fan was rubbish. In need of decorating to freshen up walls. Manager on arrival was not very polite or friendly. Beer tasted weak and watery. No ice for drinks. Long wait for cooked breakfast. Eggs overcooked.
A very good price for a last minute booking, private bathroom and in the centre of Rotherham. Great value to be honest.
Difficult to find the entrance and way aroubd, better signage would be helpful. Rooms were a little dated.
The breakfast was incredible.Hot plate also a bonus to keep your food hot.
a lot of rubbish/broken furniture etc dumped around the site.Hanging baskets/flowers would have made the place look amazing. Not a problem though just an observation
Friendly staff lovely building.
The bed was very uncomfortable need to upgrade mattresses also need black out curtains.
Central location with parking
Returning to the property via a fire exit was strange and disorienting, but clearly informed to us
Owner was very nice, polite and helpful. He explained the parking charges & breakfast. The room was a nice size and there was a fan in the room due to the heatwave, there were complimentary toiletries, tea & coffee and a hairdryer in the room.
Bathroom was quite dirty with some questionable marks on the shower, wall, also the tiles were showing signs of mold.
No curtains but there was a blind in the bedroom area, however it was very dusty, as was the back of the fan.
It was fine despite some of the revues as I was a lone female traveller but everything turned out ok, didn’t have breakfast as was going to a retreat so cannot comment on food, bed comfy and room clean. There was a heat wave at the time but they had placed a large fan in the room which was appreciated
Bit hard to find as down a small side street but more sat nav fault but got there in the end
Nothing!!
Filthy and certainly not a deluxe king size room. Would describe more like a shoe box that has been in a swamp for week. Brings back memories of uni days and not one to be relived again. Left in the middle of the night. Grim
