We had a fantastic experience staying at this condotel in Baguio City! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.
Our room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable—just perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Baguio’s cool mountain air. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was pristine, and the balcony view of pine trees and city lights was breathtaking.
What we loved most was the convenient location: close to go places, and many great restaurants and cafes. It made getting around the city easy.
The building felt safe and secure, and we appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, reliable hot shower, and well-equipped kitchenette, which is perfect if you want to prepare quick breakfasts before heading out.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Baguio. We highly recommend this condotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient home base in the City of Pines. We’ll definitely be back!
The property is in a good location, easy to book a Grab taxi or have food delivered. The security guards are friendly too. The unit has the typical amenities of a regular airbnb. There were plenty of towels, two fans, and drinking water. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Also, their property assistant, JC, is nice and very helpful.
There was a pretty bad smell permeating the unit when we arrived. I was told they fixed the sink a few hours before, but the smell was similar to that of a dirty dog. We had to open all the doors, windows and fans for a couple of hours to let the air flow. There were moldy blinds, crumbs on the sofa, and fingerprints on the dining table. The oven toaster needed cleaning; the fridge needed defrosting. Clearly, the cleaning staff could've done better. Never mind that the hand soap, coffee, creamer and sugar were nearly empty. I understand these are extras, but not refilling them just leaves a bad impression. Most disappointing was that the unit is not as new as it looked in the photos. The bathroom, although clean, needs sprucing up. There was no lamp nor fake plant in the second bedroom, not even a single shelf nor hook to hang clothes on.

The view from the bedroom was superb. Being near the top floor, the balcony overlooks the city and has a fantastic view of the sunset. It was a very peaceful stay, good for those who want peace and quiet.
The standard check-in time of 3pm is a bit late, since we wanted to rest immediately after a long trip. Some items needed cleaning: the oven toaster, the clothes cabinet, the kitchen exhaust fan, etc. House rules regarding pets must be clarified on the property description page. The TV was not properly setup and the remote control needed explanation how to use. Pacdal rotunda is always busy so it's a bottleneck for access to the property.
it’s good and more spacious, good in wifi, good in water, clean beds, enough utensil and appliances to use..it is also a pet friendly, i came along with 2kids, 1senior and 1dog. guards are friendly
No large pan fry… no tv at the other room… and 1more thing the property owner is very strict to the time. because we have a senior we wanted to check in 1hour earlier we came at 2:00pm and just got at the room quarter 3pm. we waited outside for that long. my mother senior just wanted to rest. salute to the guard very understandable and help us.
I like that the property is located near the tourist attractions so we have easy access to these places. It is also pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog.
