The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. Un très bon hôtel, agréable et bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé dans un très beau quartier proche de la station Paddington et du centre.
Le hall d'accueil, les parties communes et la chambre sont

décorés avec goût.
Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et très agréable.

Much to like if you avoid the restaurant.
Pros:

The location is fairy tail London … very Bridgerton for all those fans.
The front desk staff were very kind, if a bit chaotic.

Cons:

The restaurant which is in the hotel seems to be operated independently which does not work.
The staff there were not set up to respond to guest expectations and seemed oblivious to their location.
The manager of the restaurant was particularly rude to multiple guests.
I gave this feedback to the hotel staff and they seemed genuinely interested and concerned.

Really good. Relaxing.
Pros:

Quiet room, small but that’s what we paid for. Nice that the exterior of the building has been kept, but the interior allows its self to be a boutique hotel.

Cons:

If I really wanted to find a fault, on the basis of our stay, nothing. All good as far as I am concerned.

I love the styling of the restaurant, the location and the breakfast offered. I also loved that it was completely quiet for good sleep, but close to pubs.

A lovely relaxing well-being stay in a leafy suburban part of central London.
Pros:

Room was beautiful and the bed was so comfy, best night sleep!
The location was perfect for our stay, close to Hyde Park and tube links.
The food and drinks were gorgeous. It felt like a retreat!

Cons:

The only disappointment was at breakfast. We had booked our room to include breakfast but when we arrived at breakfast we found out that we could not select from the main breakfast menu. We were given a much smaller breakfast menu which didn't offer as many options. There was not an option to upgrade, if you wanted something from the main breakfast menu you had to pay full price on top of the amount we had already paid to 'include breakfast with the room'.

3rd time a charm
Pros:

Third time we have stayed at this hotel. We love the quiet location, very comfortable beds and cleanliness of the hotel. The air conditioning was excellent too during the recent heatwave in London and it was efficient and quiet. We will back again for sure.

Lovely visit to London again. I’ll be back.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here 3 times. It is very comfortable and well located to tour London. Rooms are bright and clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served which I like.

Cons:

The room was on the LG floor, and while there was window, it opened only to an other original external window and not the outside. It would be good to make it clear if the room is LG when booking so as to select another option. As I like to turn off the AC at night and leave the window slightly open.

Don’t get breakfast included, not worth it, staff is not well trained as they tell you different things each day.
Pros:

Good location and a nice vibe overall

Cons:

Small things that stand out when the price is this high. Included breakfast is very limited and only good value is the english breakfast. Depending on staff they do things diffrently, sometime you get the english in vegan with tofu, sometimes you don’t. Sometimes they forget the drinks. For a hotel with explicitly Vegan/Vegetarian food, you habe to pay extra for a vegan cappuccino but a whole milk one is included. One time we requested to change the sheets and the staff at the reception assured us it will be done if the sign is out. it was not done. next day the girl at the reception made a note and called housekeeping so they know.

I know this is a lot to knit pick but for 250+ a night i expect a lot more.

Ideal location near public transport
Pros:

Quaint hotel. Fantastic location near Paddington Station to get around the city easily. Sustainable focus. Great food in the cafe downstairs. Appreciated the free fruit at reception :)
