Pros:

😍 Super séjour à l’Inhabit Queen’s Gardens ! L’hôtel est vraiment très beau, on a adoré les matières, les couleurs et l’ambiance générale très chaleureuse.

📍Le quartier est calme et très joli. Le métro et le bus sont à 5mn à pied, très pratique pour se déplacer dans les autres quartiers de Londres.

🥳 Le personnel est adorable et on a eu la chance d’être surclassés pour l’anniversaire de ma copine.

💰Le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment top pour un hôtel comme celui-ci au cœur de Londres

Exceptional and marvellous
Pros:

The property offers a super nice design. The whole concept in both the hotel facilities and the rooms had a warm tone that wants you to stay longer. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was amazing and always kind. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. Plus, it’s super close to Paddington Station and many buses routes, so it’s super quick to move in any type of transportation. Thank you for making our first married anniversary fantastic :)

Calm place in the center of London
Pros:

The hotel is great, and a block away from Kensington Gardens, which is my favorite part of town to stay in. The whole place feels very welcoming and calm, staff is polite and helpful, and the aroma set in the room was a nice perk I didn't really know I'd love before trying it.

Cons:

I'm nitpicking here, since it was a great stay overall, but I feel the breakfast could've had a couple more options. Having said that, we'd probably repeat our stay here, we loved the place!

Pros:

The hotel is very modern and in a great location. Staff was nice, we also used the "spa" facilities that although small were nice to have.

Cons:

The breakfast was tasty but too small, and not worth the price. I had to pay 6 pounds on top of the breakfast price because i wanted coffee with milk, and that was not included.

Lovely little hotel and great value
Pros:

The staff were absolutely superb throughout my stay and couldn't have been more helpful. For the price of the room, the facilities (sauna, yoga studio, gym) are excellent, and the hotel itself is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely stay here again for work trips in the future.

Fint interiør, meget hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte og en nydelig frokost. Vi spiste også middag på hotellet en kveld og det anbefales! Gleder oss allerede til å besøke dette hotellet igjen.

Highly recommended! Nice interior, healty delicious food, and very friendly staff!

Cons:

Vi slet litt med å regulere temperaturen på rommet, men fikk god hjelp og det ordnet seg.

Posizione e struttura moderna e pulita

Cons:

Camera pulita ma senza una finestra apribile pur essendo al primo piano, bagno senza finestra senza ventola e senza riscaldamento.
Inoltre non c’era un armadio dove riporre i vestiti solo cassetti e vani sotto il letto tra cui la cassaforte.
Per ben due volte abbiamo dovuto richiedere l’accensione del riscaldamento perché da remoto la spengono a tua insaputa.

Warm welcome by staff, great room and complementary upgrade. Loved the bath and the bed was super comfy.

Cons:

La camera non era per nulla confortevole per il prezzo pagato: il letto era piccolo, c’era poco spazio per appoggiare i prodotti del bagno, nessun armadio in camera per sistemare gli abiti e la valigia. Riscaldamento in camera rumoroso, phon con attacco fisso.
Poca scelta per la colazione, cinque opzioni (tre salate, un porridge e pancakes), non soddisfacente per un hotel di questa categoria. Mi dispiace perché il personale, invece, era molto gentile.

Pros:

The hotel has a fantastic location and a very welcoming atmosphere throughout its communal areas. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, we still found ourselves with plenty of space during our stay.

Cons:

Our room was rather chilly and we struggled to regulate the temperature throughout our stay. There was also an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom pipes. We noticed two smoke detectors in the room with blinking lights and raised this with staff, however only one was replaced, leaving the issue partially unresolved.
