Guests making a reservation for 9 rooms or more, the hotel will charge your credit card 25% of the total booking cost at the time of booking. This amount is nonrefundable. The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card 14 days before your arrival date. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. If you make a reservation for 9 rooms or more, cancelations made less than 28 days before arrival will result in the hotel charging your credit card with the cost of the entire reservation.

Has potential to be a great place but service definitely needs to be improved.
Pros:

Very good location and nice design. The place is comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk staff seemed to really struggle with basic tasks, often making the situation more confusing or not following up on them at all.

A good vibe
Pros:

Excellent location for the price I paid, great connection for my purposes! Fernando was very kind, but not only him actually. Fresh cold water station on the floor to refill your bottle is a good idea indeed (especially during heatwave). In general, a clean and cozy hotel with comfortable beds.

Cons:

The sink in my room was ridiculously small. Breakfast menu could be more diverse, which started to be annoying a bit on day three. No own laundry service in case you need a fresh shirt for tomorrow (but staff can help with a third-party one, if it works for you) - not sure it's a drawback, rather something to keep in mind.

Great location.
Pros:

Great location, very sweet area, great connections. The hotel is clean and nicely designed. The bathroom was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t so reach, the stuff wasn’t so welcoming. And the bad was small.

Comfortabel bed in rustige omgeving in wijk waar wij moeten zijn.
Pros:

Locatie is voor ons ideaal, dicht bij waar wij moeten zijn, ook dicht bij station en metro.
Personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam, maar door een vaak uitgesproken Aziatisch accent voor mij jammer genoeg niet altijd gemakkelijk te verstaan. Ik moet vaak vragen om nog eens te herhalen.
De bedden zijn uitstekend, goede matras en goed hoofdkussen.

Cons:

De badkamers hebben een goede douche en toilet, maar een miniklein wastafeltje en vooral voor mij absoluut onvoldoende verlichting zodat opmaak lastig is.

Dit hotel biedt een waaier aan sauna en yoga mogelijkheden, maar daar maken wij geen gebruik van.

Overpriced uncomfortable room without any view and basic amenities. Would not book again.
Pros:

Nice area around the hotel.

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable (2 twins pushed together with a lump in the middle.) Room sucked. No view, no fridge, no safe. Like bare bones and not warm at all. Way overpriced.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows had some stains on - a queen size was too small for me and my husband too, I’ll remember that for next time
