Cons:

Pros:

The property was good with very easy access to reach the beach. Cleanliness was good, however the service of the hotel was painfully slow - specially of the restaurants. We had to wait for a lunch order for 1.5 hours to get fairly average food which was overpriced.

Bad experience won't repeat the mistake of booking in ITC Fortune.
Pros:

Only breakfast was the good thing

Cons:

Overall experience starting with constant bugging on child booking with new information everytime. Even during the stay too it did not stop. The room interior is not worth the price. Regents gives better room.experience at much lesser price. Check in for one room was delayed by 30 mins.

Excellent Sea view Hotel at Puri
Pros:

stayed there for three days & two nights and found the location of the property as Superb. Reception staff Miss Isha Kashyap extended all the possible cooperation from Checked in to checked out. Miss Kashyap had played a key role for which I was able to celebrate Mother's Day with my senior citizen mother at its Zodiac restaurant. Thanks to Miss Kashyap and entire team once again. The breakfast is also superb and healthy and ideal for the visitors of Prabhu Jagannath Temple. Chef Mr Mallik is very efficient and co operative and customised as per our requirement. Room assistant Benu dhar is also very attentive and polite.

Overall it is an excellent place to stay at Puri.

Cons:

Hotel does not have any Gym, Jacuzzi and steam bath at its spa.

“Truly amazing”
Pros:

We were upgraded to a sea view room and it was awesome to have such room which is right on the beach. The breakfast and in room dinning food quality was amazing. The options in buffet was also ample, this property have evening Samudra aarti with high tea served by hotel. Very polite and supportive staff

Cons:

Room size should be bit large to accommodate 2 adult, 2 children

Over priced property , with good f&b service
Pros:

The breakfast and f& b quality was good, rooms though small were clean and well appointed

Cons:

It was over priced for services offered, on beach front but not having private access. Moreover we had to get room changed as there was noisy renovation happening which created disturbance: this is not acceptable at the price that we were paying
