Their water pipeline rusted and red color water with foul taste was coming, it's bad for even bathing

It was not clean and we didn’t have water at all and the craw was so not nice
Nothing. They gave us room in another hotel.
They didn't give us room in the hotel we booked in. Instead gave a worse hotel, saying Hotel Diya Palace was not clean and good and didn't have balcong either. So they gave us room in Hotel Vansh, on the price of Hotel Diya. We got conned in that way and the staff was also very rude.

Requesting everyone to do not book this property at any cost because you’ll regret your decision like me. They charged us for water bottle however it is free per person. The rooms are stinky and washrooms are like bus stand standards. No service, no electricity at all. Horrible experience on new year. Save your money and stay away from this property. There are much to write here but I think I have made enough above.

Room was very dirty with broken toilet and dirty bedsheets . Then they gave another room in nearby property and said that room rent is 15k per night and we can give you at 7k per night if we will pay full amount right now. That room was below average still we took it as it was already night and we were with our kid . There also they did not provide any kettle to heat water . And when we asked for warm water they took almost 1 hr to deliver that . Very poor service no room cleaning in 2 days .
