Pros:

We had a great stay! The internet was fast. The place had everything we needed—TV, kitchen utensils, fridge, AC, and essentials like towels, shampoo.

Cons:

Just so sad that during our stay, my kids didn’t have a chance to use the pool because it was under repair.😢

Stressful Admin staff
Pros:

I like that is near my business meetings.

Cons:

Small things. No hangers. No iron. Kitchen soap. Toilet wall is dirty. The aircon is manual and is too high that i need to climb up ti turn it on. Its too dangerous for an old person will rent the condo. There is also no proper blanket because the previous renter stained the blankets. She gave a duvet cover instead. And if i want a blanket i need to pay extra for laundry! She also told me that it was because the rates are lower??? Huh!!!

Whats funny was when i sent her a screen shot of what was advertised, she said she will discuss with.booking.com about it. Anyway, she also told me that she will send the soap and told me that the guards does not receive or keep any stuff for homeowners/renters. I dont believe this lady Maze because she expects me to be there to receive the soap via lalamove. I am in cebu for business. Its easy to get the seda hotel however i chose this facility for proximity to my meetings. I hope the owners will check / audit their managing staff on how well they treat clients.

and there's no tv as advertised. No microwave as advertised.

I was able to talk to the staff via messenger only so no f2f encounter. And she was arrogant telling me that i should have asked first the details. Remember that booking advertised it and as a level 3 client, i assume that you vet your suppliers.
