Good place to stay
Pros:

It only takes a few minutes to walk to town for shopping.

Cons:

The noise from the pool is very loud. The people that are in charge of the games use a microphone. Its very loud. There was not any guacamole this trip. I would appreciate some gluten free deserts. Can only receive wifi in the main lobby. Not in the rooms.

Exelente precio calidad
Pros:

Prácticamente obtienes lo que pagaste....la relación precio calidad es excelente, sus instalaciones ya son algo viejas pero las mantienen cuidadas, su alberca es muy bonita. Y su zona de playa aunque no es playa....es excelente para practicar esnorquel y nadar...la comida es sabrosa algo escaso el menú, pero es acordé al precio ,, sus bebidas son buenas.....las camas son cómodas y hay clima en las habitaciones...

Cons:

No hay internet en las habitaciones, y es limitado en algunas zonas del hotel... Te cobran un depósito de 2000 ... Al final te lo regresan pero si es incómodo

Struttura un po datata, ma ancora accogliente e molto pulita. Camere spaziose e letti comodi. Buona la posizione vicino al centro città Bella la grande piscina con vasca idromassaggio. Buoni i servizi. Cucina buona.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

Had tub and frig with freezer, TP was good. Pool and beach loungers comfortable. Easy to get into water at ocean. Very warm hot tub. Left towel at.beach and they only charged me $6. 650 meters to large market. They had a Superbowl party with American food like ribs and hot dogs. That was nice. You could tell there were a lot of regulars who really loved the place. I got a very good price on my room for all inclusive.

Cons:

$120 deposit, no in-room wi-fi. Only shampoo and bar soap, no washcloth. Pool was really cold. No dresser in room and only 1 partial shelf in closet. Buffets for bkft and dinner. I didn't really like the dinners. Bed was not comfortable to me, but I am picky. No blackout curtains, but they had storm shutters I guess you could close.

Muy mala experiencia.
Pros:

Solamente tres personas de su personal valen la pena mencionar que fueron realmente maravillosas. De lo más amables, atentos y serviciales. Por lo demás, terrible ver cucarachas en el restaurante, ver las diferencias abismales que hacen respecto de nosotros sus conacionales y los extranjeros. La falta de interés por dar seguimiento a las peticiones que les hicimos.
Realmente solo regresaríamos pir ver a estas tres personas que menciono. Por todo lo anteriormente expuesto, no regresaríamos a éste hotel.

Lo expuse anteriormente.
Solo porque mi esposo y yo íbamos con la mejor actitud de pasarla bien.
Por lo demás, jamás regresaríamos a su hotel.

This was our 6th time and understandable busy season but it was so crowded.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good !
The staff is amazing !!!
Large Pool

Cons:

No wi fi and in common areas spotty.
Too crowded this time
Food at dinner needs work.
Signed up for special dinner and was turned away. It was our one thing we were looking forward too.
