As usually....a great place to stay in Cozumel.
The worst part was left the hotel today :)
Muy buen lugar para su precio la atención de primera .La comida estaba muy buena y todo muy limpio.Tambien el servicio muy bueno y el personal muy atento y muy cordial lo recomiendo 100 por ciento.
Es un hotel local. El personal es muy amable y atento. Aunque tiene varios años lo tienen muy bien cuidado, son muy limpios y ordenados. El área de playa es muy bonita, la alberca es grande y limpia. El desayuno y la cena están muy bien. Sin duda la recomiendo, fue una buena experiencia. Tuvieron muchas atenciones con nosotros.
A la comida le falta variedad pero es porque hay poca gente.
Male minore in un isola su misura per Americani. Complesso anni 80 tenuto in buone condizioni.
Accesso al mare non certo da cartolina. Camere pulite ma "vecchie", buffet e cibo non in linea con il concetto europeo (malloppazzi per Americani)
Fantastic hotel with the most beautiful swimming pool area and close proximity to the ocean. Although rooms are dated, they are spacious with a nice balcony. Food options were good, drink options aligned with our expectations, nice entertainment and really nice staff!!! Loved the fact that we could get the snorkelling equipment free of charge. Close to two big supermarkets. The shop onsite was great!
Small changes could make a big difference:
a) coffee maker in the room
b) bottled water replaced in the room every day
c) water shoes sold in the shop
La ubicación, está muy cerca del puerto para tomar el ferry y tiene incluído el snorkel
Cierran muy temprano las actividades y el día de tu llegada ya no puedes disfrutar de muchas cosas

Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Les chambres sont loin d’être à la hauteur des standards attendus pour un établissement proposant une formule tout inclus à ce niveau de prix. Elles sont inconfortables, très mal insonorisées, et la baignoire ne retient même pas l’eau à cause d’un bouchon défectueux. À cela s’ajoutent des travaux bruyants avec perceuses en pleine journée, y compris pendant les heures de repos, ce qui est totalement inacceptable pour des vacanciers venus se détendre.
Le service est également très inégal. Si certains membres du personnel se distinguent par leur professionnalisme et leur gentillesse, notamment Cornelio, Roger, Gustavo et Joël, d’autres donnent malheureusement l’impression de ne pas avoir envie de travailler et manquent clairement de sens du service. Heureusement, l’équipe d’animation relève le niveau grâce à son dynamisme et sa bonne humeur.
La restauration est un autre point noir de cet établissement. Les repas sont répétitifs, peu variés et particulièrement décevants pour un hôtel situé en bord de mer. Il est incompréhensible de ne pratiquement jamais voir de crevettes au menu et de n’avoir comme unique choix de poisson que du tilapia.
Compte tenu du tarif élevé payé pour ce séjour tout inclus, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Les prestations ne sont absolument pas à la hauteur des attentes ni des promesses affichées.
Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel.

Beautiful views of the water.
Our family ended up staying for one night on a weekday after a flight delay at CZM. The hotel was way too low key for us. Unless you are a diver, there is really nothing to do here. No beach, the pool was under maintenance but they got some time in, there was a movie night in the pool area that utilized a regular sized fuzzy TV instead of a large screen, very small buffet, extremely quiet, older crowd. I never saw any activities happeningand, the rooms could not have been more basic, and the bathrooms were very dated
. It worked for one night, but we were happy to get in and get out. Perhaps all activities are on the weekends...
