Comfortable stay and really friendly staff
Pros:

Location. It was very close to the HK border crossing, some good shopping malls around, easy to walk to the subway.
I think I was upgraded, my room was massive and so comfortable.
I had a package delivered there before I got to the hotel and it was easy to get.
The service was good, I emailed them a few days before with some questions and they were very helpful.
