This hotel is older, but that is his advantage. You can feel the soul of it. Perfect personal everywhere, Sylvia Wang on the reception helped us with everything. Perfect breakfast, gym, pool. Our week there was amazing thanks to this place.

Great value for money with exceptional bathtubs
Pros:

The room was absolutely enormous and, if you like a bathtub, this is definitely the place for you! I was impressed by the extensive range at the buffet. I have to give big compliments to the staff who really went out of their way to make us feel special from the doorman to the housekeeper, everyone greeted us with a big smile. In terms of location, it was close to lots of shops and restaurants too so getting around was easy.

Cons:

The pool was very cold and they required us to wear swimming caps. They did provide us with them, which was helpful, but it felt like a more serious "laps" pool instead of a fun hotel pool vibe.

The staff were really nice and helpful, I even got a free upgrade upon checking in as a IHG member - the rooms very really spacious and clean too!

Cons:

Not sure if there is any smoking floor but there is smoking smell in our room - not sure if it is through central ventilation.
