Friendly staff, convenient location, close to everything.
Pros:

Staff are excellent especially Peter Wu at front reception, very friendly and professional at his job.
Also William Li at Eastern Restaurant, he offer great service and very friendly. We will be back.

Super hôtel, très bien situé.
Pros:

Les chambres sont très spacieuses, très bien décorées et équipées, très propres.
Le personnel est très bien, toujours souriant, toujours prêt à aider. Remerciement spécialement à la femme de ménage qui s'était occupé de nos chambres (très gentille), et à William à l'accueil du restaurant.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de "Guest self-service laundry facilities". Ce serait pratique pour des séjours longs comme le nôtre (7 jours).
Sur le site de Booking, il serait bien de différencier "Blanchisserie/laverie - En supplément" qui est un service, à la laverie (machine à laver le linge+séchoir) à la disposition des clients, même payante.

Pros:

The room was spacious and bathroom had everything needed. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and trying to help to the best of their ability. Great massage right at the hotel with a separate elevator for privacy. A remarkably good gym for a hotel.

Cons:

The plumbing under vanities leaked water. The problem was reported the next day after my check-in to the reception. When I checked-out one week later, the problem still wasn't solved.

The property itself is quite old. There were signs of past stains on the carpet in the room that were obviously bleached.

This hotel is older, but that is his advantage. You can feel the soul of it. Perfect personal everywhere, Sylvia Wang on the reception helped us with everything. Perfect breakfast, gym, pool. Our week there was amazing thanks to this place.

Great value for money with exceptional bathtubs
Pros:

The room was absolutely enormous and, if you like a bathtub, this is definitely the place for you! I was impressed by the extensive range at the buffet. I have to give big compliments to the staff who really went out of their way to make us feel special from the doorman to the housekeeper, everyone greeted us with a big smile. In terms of location, it was close to lots of shops and restaurants too so getting around was easy.

Cons:

The pool was very cold and they required us to wear swimming caps. They did provide us with them, which was helpful, but it felt like a more serious "laps" pool instead of a fun hotel pool vibe.
