It was a fine experience but we did switch rooms because the AC wasn’t working and there were cockroaches. They didn’t tell us the WiFi code until our third day there and it was also difficult to locate as the location is not where it says on Expedia

Nothing like the pictures and nothing was clean.

The room itself was an absolute dump. Not really clean, no cleaning service, had to go to the office for everything and had a bad smell. Everything around this place was pretty awesome. Restaurants and grocery nearby and the pool on the 5th floor was nice.

Property was a little outdated.loved the area and the pools especially the rooftop pool; staff was wonderful attentive and helpful

Horrible surroundings, air conditioning not working. Find a better place to stay, you’ve been warned. Room doesn’t look anything like pictures. Surprised that this is even on Expedia’s site, but not really since there no other website for this, lack of a better description motel.

This property was NOTHING like the photos suggested before I booked my stay. The first night I had seen cockroaches in my closet. The water from the taps and the shower all have a terrible smell to it and leave a salty and slimy taste. The air conditioning stopped working after my first night here and constantly made loud and banging noises leaking water on to the floor. The room was almost never cleaned or taken care of for my entire stay. The hotel had bags of trash laying around the halls every single day and they were never cleaned or removed. The hallways also had a bad smell of mold and rotting food all the time. The faucet and taps in the bathroom had rust and mold on it. The vent in the bathroom was also full of mold and dust coming out of it. For the price suggested this place was an absolute scam. They never replenished any amenities for the room and had very little care for the service of our room. The sliding door to the balcony was also broken and would not open properly. Save ur money and stay away from this place!!!

Infested with cockroaches, rooms smelled like excrement literally. We left a son a wet checked in and we had 3 rooms booked. They would not refund us. Expedia would not honor any of the 10 pictures i sent them

Omg this is no1 worst ever place to stay, we had to stay to get an early flight but never again. Roach infested, dirty washroom, stinky sewer smell, nothing like in the picture. Don’t stay here not worth it, we needed 3 rooms and none of them were clean

The address of the location on Expedia is totally wrong so that we couldn’t find the location easily. (Huge thanks to a Uber driver) The apartment was actually located inside the Ducassi sol caribe and the front desk is at the building across the street. And no response from the WhatsApp number provided. The apartment itself looks clean but unwashed coffee machine, cold shower and small roaches were bothering us. However nice restaurants around the area so maybe up to 1 or 2 nights, maximum…

They gave our reservation for two rooms away. It was very difficult to find check-in office. Never did see the actual facility, staff at the desk indicated it was because we did not pre-pay, but took the pay at location option that they gave our rooms away. Showed up with the family of seven after dark and no place to go. Would not recommend due to these policies.

a reservation process was easy, to get the key was fast, comfortable location with many options to eat out.

This hotel is very much family, friendly, and very good staffs. Excellent room amen., very, delicious breakfast!

My check in was fast and the room was clean. The location is very convenient. The property is nice and very well maintained.

Maybe next time we will book it again! Our stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and Internet is very reliable. I wish we could stay longer.

This vacation was good because everything was smooth and comfortable from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

The front desk ladies did their best for our happy stay, we are very grateful for the service.
