Hygienic and good property, rooms are nice

Cons:

Service is pathetic, AC had some issue at 2 AM at night and the manager felt just shifting the room to another floor did his job when we lost our sleep after a day of travel and wasn’t even offered an apology.

Sai the manager even had the audacity to say that “you won’t be sleeping outside right”, insinuating that we are now bound to just accept the room change as a possible resolution for losing our sleep at 2 AM and shifting rooms at 3 AM without any apology.

Service is slow, 1 request takes ages to be fulfilled. Have formally complained to their customer support, no resolution till date

Red Fox rocks!
Pros:

I liked the hotel's location and decor. The room was comfortable and quite spacious. Our room was quiet despite overlooking a busy arterial road. The staff were extremely courteous and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. I would especially like to mention Nisha at the Reception desk and Balaram at the CFC, where we took our meals.

Cons:

The all day dining menu was somewhat limited. We found the food to be a bit spicy and oily, and would have liked some lighter and healthier options to choose from.
