The plaster of the room was broken at a few places.
The hotel has maintained its fine character. I used to live in Ahmedabad earlier and know about its impeccable reputation. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is clean and very aesthetically done.
The food used to be much better about a decade ago.

We loved our stay at the hotel. There was nothing comes to mind we didn’t like about the property.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cama. We absolutely loved our stunning Sabarmati river views from our room. We stayed for 13 nights and we did feel very comfortable. Staff at all levels were very professional with personal touch. We found them caring, respectful and cheerful at all times. Special mention goes to Sagat who manages front reception desk. No matter how busy he was he was always ready to assist with very big smile at all times. Even from a busy work schedule the General Manager always found time to check in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent hotel
There was not anything we didn’t like about the property. If we had any issues they were resolved effectively and effectively.

Classic luxury hotel vibes. Some parts were in need TLC but overall the stay was decent in the heart of old city Ahmedabad. Views from the room could look out to the river.
Wifi was difficult to set up. The hallway had a heavy cigarette smell that made its way into our room. And some areas could use some corrective maintenance.
