Staff should be more supportive.

Non responsive staff, by mistake I left my charger in room 215, checked out on Sunday last. Thereafter I had called the hotel at least 10 times, they found the charger but they can not courier the same on my address. The reasons best known to them, when I had already offered to pay for courier charges.

Quite good place with bad experience.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was good and absolutely delicious.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The water coming from shower while taking bath was very hot all the time (From our experience it was 9am onwards).
The pool depth should be mentioned as it is way more than regular depth which is 8 feet or more and not up to the standard.
The also problem with pool was that the pool was not clean and when we asked them to clean pool they just put a lot of chlorine in it resulting redness in our eyes and itching in eyes.
It was our visit during IPL Final.

The original old school best hotel in Ahmedabad. Really nice to finally stay there!
Pros:

The staff were excellent. In particular Sulaggna and Ali on the front desk, and Reena in the breakfast restaurant.

Cons:

The room safe didn’t stand needed replacing.

The linen , towel and pillows should be replaced . Breakfast could be made better .

Very nice!
Pros:

The hotel has maintained its fine character. I used to live in Ahmedabad earlier and know about its impeccable reputation. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is clean and very aesthetically done.

Cons:

The food used to be much better about a decade ago.

Excellent. Staff felt like family. Beautiful stunning views. Excellent food and service. Will be booking it again.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cama. We absolutely loved our stunning Sabarmati river views from our room. We stayed for 13 nights and we did feel very comfortable. Staff at all levels were very professional with personal touch. We found them caring, respectful and cheerful at all times. Special mention goes to Sagat who manages front reception desk. No matter how busy he was he was always ready to assist with very big smile at all times. Even from a busy work schedule the General Manager always found time to check in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Excellent hotel

Cons:

There was not anything we didn’t like about the property. If we had any issues they were resolved effectively and effectively.
