Cleanliness
1
Mixed: some guests report rooms as clean, but multiple reports of mold in the pool ceiling and a found smelly insect on arrival indicate cleanliness issues in common/amenity areas.
Service
1
Mixed-to-positive: several guests praised staff and described service as good/levelled (e.g., 'usluga na nivou', 'Nett und einladende zimmer' staff), though a few mention language issues; overall some strong positive comments justify an above-zero score.
Location

Standard quality for this hotel tier
Room Quality
1
Negative: multiple reports of cold rooms on arrival, malfunctioning showers that flood the bathroom, very hard pillows and general comments that rooms could be better for the price.
Amenities
1
Negative: repeated complaints about cold pool water, limited sauna/spa access, extra costs, insufficient massage spaces, poor pool-area lighting and mold in the pool area.
Value for Money
1
Negative: several guests explicitly state the stay did not represent good value ('ne dobije vrijednost za novac', 'nije vredno'), citing high prices given the issues experienced.
Food and Beverage
1
Mixed-to-positive: some guests praised a varied and tasty breakfast/buffet and called breakfast excellent, while others found buffet offerings limited, dinner poor and food served lukewarm—overall there are notable positive mentions supporting a positive score.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: a few guests describe restful, pleasant stays and excellent breakfasts, but many significant negatives (cold rooms/pools, amenities and value issues) produced an overall mixed-but-slightly-positive net impression for some visitors.

Pros:

Details
Pros:

Schöne Therme , in toller Umgebung, sehr freundliches Personal , gute Cocktails

Cons:

Pros:

Nadpovprečno prijazno osebje (posebej pohvalim g.Marka na recepciji), prvovrstna kulinarična ponudba, prostorno, usklajeno, mirna atmosfera - prijetna glasbena kulisa...

Cons:

Pogrešali sva tuš v zunanjem delu kopališča. Vse ostalo je super.
