Small beach, limited food options.
Úžasný personál, krásné prostředí a celková atmosféra ubytování nám dotvořili krásný zážitek z dovolené. ráda bych vyzdvihla ochotný a milý personál, který se o nás celou dobu úžasně staral.
Trošku nás mrzela horší možnost koupání v moři. Pláž menší, nádherná, ale vstup do moře nebyl ideální a plavání nebylo možné. Za to se i z mola dal pozorovat mořský život, hlavně v ranních hodinách.

Beautiful location, very nice rooms, views, friendly and helpful staff, relaxing.
Transportation getting to resort was a little challenging.
Food was incredible- each meal I was blown away at the quality

Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in
We never got sick (yet most times in Mexico I end up with an upset stomach) which I think speaks to the quality of the food
I personally didn't like how they played upbeat music all day (a lot of EDM). It was too loud and if they felt the need to play music, I personally would have appreciated more subtle jazzy/lofi/hotel lobby type music.
The bar next door was loud (also played loud music starting at 10am) and the crowds of people that arrived there also liked to take over our hotel beach
Certain aspects of the hotel could use minimal maintenance (hemp string ties on balcony coming apart, stains on counter top, rip in couch)

Short staffed for sure. We had to call at least 5 times to have new towels.
It’s is weird to not having a door or curtain for the shower. At least a curtain or blinds would help.
Food is not 24 hrs
Also hotel is actually hotel Beló, apparently it’s changing its name, but the locals know the place by hotel Belo.
La atención de todo el personal fue excelente, desde que llegamos Mateo nos recibió calidamente y el servicio de todos los meseros fue increíble, es lo mejor de la estancia.
Al hacer check out querían hacernos un cobro que correspondía a otra habitación, todo se arregló pero pudieron haberlo hecho.
Give your bellboy a raise! He always had a sweet smile each morning, and was making sure we were comfortable and didn’t have questions. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms comfortable. The beach was a slice of heaven to hang out on.
The timeframes for food were a bit restrictive. For example, after noon, our chicken nuggets and hamburger were straight outta the school lunch line. And it would’ve been ideal to have more drink and food waiters at the pool and beach.
The location was great, staff was great.
Food just ok, but biggest problem was they have 5 hot tubs all cold and we had a cold snap of weather and would loved hot tubs
