We loved our stay at Esplendor (which also goes by Hotel Belo)!
Pros:

We liked so many things about our stay there! Our family loved the quiet location on Isla Mujeres. The water at the hotel was beautiful and calm making it easy to swim or snorkel there. We thought the food was delicious, and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having the two pools and multiple hot tubs was nice. My sons used the fitness center each day as well. The hotel grounds and decor were lovely and well maintained. This was our first stay with an all-inclusive option, and it met all exceptions! We loved that it was small and personalized property. We didn't want the massive resort feel. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would definitely return and recommend it!

Cons:

There was no dividing wall between the section of the room where the beds were and the shower area. That was very strange to have no privacy for showering. We had to take turns being in the room for showers because I have 2 teenage boys, and none of us were comfortable showering in front of everyone. I would suggest fixing that. Also, there was very little water pressure for the shower. Other than those minor issues, our stay was fabulous!

Úžasný personál, krásné prostředí a celková atmosféra ubytování nám dotvořili krásný zážitek z dovolené. ráda bych vyzdvihla ochotný a milý personál, který se o nás celou dobu úžasně staral.

Cons:

Trošku nás mrzela horší možnost koupání v moři. Pláž menší, nádherná, ale vstup do moře nebyl ideální a plavání nebylo možné. Za to se i z mola dal pozorovat mořský život, hlavně v ranních hodinách.

Nice place, incredible food, great if you don't mind loud music playing all day

Food was incredible- each meal I was blown away at the quality
Staff were super friendly
Bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in
We never got sick (yet most times in Mexico I end up with an upset stomach) which I think speaks to the quality of the food

Cons:

I personally didn't like how they played upbeat music all day (a lot of EDM). It was too loud and if they felt the need to play music, I personally would have appreciated more subtle jazzy/lofi/hotel lobby type music.
The bar next door was loud (also played loud music starting at 10am) and the crowds of people that arrived there also liked to take over our hotel beach
Certain aspects of the hotel could use minimal maintenance (hemp string ties on balcony coming apart, stains on counter top, rip in couch)
