Blessed that we found Belo, as we were homeless on the island for the weekend. Thank you all for your hard work keeping
Pros:

Give your bellboy a raise! He always had a sweet smile each morning, and was making sure we were comfortable and didn’t have questions. The grounds were beautiful, the rooms comfortable. The beach was a slice of heaven to hang out on.

Cons:

The timeframes for food were a bit restrictive. For example, after noon, our chicken nuggets and hamburger were straight outta the school lunch line. And it would’ve been ideal to have more drink and food waiters at the pool and beach.

The location was great, staff was great.

Cons:

Food just ok, but biggest problem was they have 5 hot tubs all cold and we had a cold snap of weather and would loved hot tubs

Cons:

strict check-in / check-out procedures or time, the extra cost will be applied for the late check-out. the check out is at 12:00pm (noon), it is so early, check in is so late until 3:00pm. swim tower can not be provided until 9:00am.

Camere grandi e pulite. Rooftop ottimo

Cons:

I piatti al ristorante vengono portati tutti in una volta, antipasti e piatto principale. La bottiglia viene portata al tavolo senza bicchiere. Rubinetto dei lavandini che a fatica arriva al lavello. Spiaggia senza zone ombreggiate e fronte mare utilizzato per attracco barche

People were nice most employees were really nice, drinks were good, pool was always clean as well as hot tubs, they took their time when cleaning the rooms which was nice and didnt feel rushed, they have a nice gym and the beach location was nice not crowded

Volveremos!
Pros:

El hotel tenia poca ocupación y pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones cómodamente
Las camas y almohadas son muy muy cómodas
Que tenga 2 piscinas es un plus
La playa como promete es libre de sargazo
El chico del bar, perdón olvidé su nombre, era delgado y joven , increíble! No solo sus bebidas eran lindas y con buen sabor, se tomó el tiempo de saber que nos gustaba para ofrecernos bebidas a nuestro gusto. (A pesar que su barra es muy limitada)

Cons:

Quiero aclarar que la atención de la mayoría del staff es muy amigable y buena.
En el restaurante los meseros son muy atentos.
Dicho eso, las porciones son pequeñas lo cual no esta mal ya que puedes probar diferentes platillos sin embargo pareciera que existe un poco de molestia al pedir mas de un platillo. Igual aclaro que no nos lo negaron.
También la preparación y presentación de los platillos cambiaba de un día para el otro, estaría genial si estandarizaran los alimentos.
Por último añ ser una habitación doble apreciaría mucho si el cristal de la regadera tuviera mas privacidad, tal vez un esmerilado.

Todo super limpio y funcional, personal muy amable y predispuesto, puntos extras por el gym, muy bien equipado y la vista es increíble.

Cons:

En el menú de cena las opciones vegetarianas no tienen buena proteína, solo hay una ensalada que trae 1 huevo, pero se compenza con las opciones del desayuno

Absolutely not worth the cost in any way, there are much better accommodation options on the island.
Pros:

Nice view, great rooftop infinity pool, אhe hotel itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a well-equipped gym with a lovely view.

Cons:

We've been to Isla mujeres 7 times before ans this was the least satisfying in every way. They charge you for coffee in an over 600 usd for night!!!! The hotel has a very small beach, bot you cannot enter the water for a swim. In addition, the hotel is over 4 km from the north beach and the cost of renting a golf cart is about $120 per day. Considering that there is no beach where you can swim, there is no choice but to rent a golf cart. No options for vegans or vegetarians on the menu.
