Falta mantenimiento en las habitaciones

La temperatura fría del agua y que la regadera tenía la manija mal .. habitación 7 ..se reportó desde una noche antes y hasta la tarde del siguiente acudieron.. durante todo ese tiempo con salida de agua.. y eso hizo que no tuviésemos agua caliente

Stay didn't meet the expectations
Pros:

Breakfast was good and the staff at the restaurant were great!

Cons:

Our room was very cold and there were no heaters or blankets to cover. Also the room was close to the parking lot and there was a lot of noise and light coming into our room. The curtains didn't black out the light. During the day the room was on the other hand too dark.

El lugar esta muy padre, muy bien ubicado y decoración todo eso muy bien

El personal es amable sin embargo nadie nos atendió en la alberca y se supone que daban atención de 12 a 6pm y nadie fue a atendernos, la alberca helada, cascos de cerveza en el pasto frente al chalet, tu tienes que llevar tus maletas a la habitación, no servía la tina y la regadera salía casi nada de agua

Elegimos 2 habitaciones. Por ser un hotel premium: en una de las habitaciones la cisterna del Wc dejó de funcionar. En ambas, el agua caliente no salia suficientemente caliente por la mañana.
