Pros:

Das Apartment war groß, den eigenen Pool konnten wir gut nutzen, der Außenpool mit Bar war sehr schön und am Strand war auch viel los.

Cons:

Der Empfang war schlecht, das Personal ist auf chinesische Gäste eingestellt, Kommunikation ist teilweise nicht möglich, Englisch wird so gut wie gar nicht gesprochen. Wir wurden immer wieder zum Warten aufgefordert oder auf Kollegen geschoben. Der Zahlungsprozess war mehr als umständlich. Schade.

I was a little apprehensive when I first saw the resort, on top of a hill! Getting up and down is no problem and when I saw the view from my room window it made it all worth while.

Bãi biển xa, mỗi lần muốn đi ra biển phải đợi xe điện rất lâu. Thủ tục check in không có sự hướng dẫn từ ban đầu, bảo vệ điều hướng đi nhiều chổ mất thời gian. Bãi xe xa nơi lưu trú rất bất tiện.

Đặt 2 đêm mà huỷ 1 đêm vì chịu ko nổi sự tam nham và mùi khai ở sảnh.

Cons:

Đây là condotel, ko phải resort như tên gọi đc ghi. Việc hướng dẫn khách tìm đúng toà nhà (ở đây là 1 cụm dự án condotel gồm nhiều toà, hoạt động riêng lẻ) và check in rất tệ. Những chủ tư cho thuê căn hộ tại những dự án căn hộ bình thường hướng dẫn còn tốt hơn nhiều. Khách tạp nham như cái chợ, ko hề cao cấp chuẩn 5 sao. Hồ bơi lúc nhúc người ko có chỗ nào mà bơi. Đi ô tô cá nhân đến thì ko có chỗ để, chen chúc rất khó chịu. Xe điện, bảo vệ ko biết điều hướng, hướng dẫn khách đến đúng toà đã đặt. Rất nhiều người chờ hơn cả tiếng đồng hồ ko check in được vì ko tìm được toà nhà. Các toà nhà xây sát nhau nên đứng giữa rất gió, rất khó chịu khi đi lại giữa các toà nhà đến các dịch vụ tiện ích. Toà R (Ruby) sảnh check in nồng nặc mùi nước tiểu rất khai.

sáng dậy làm bát mì hải sản, nghỉ ngơi chút rồi ra biển bơi, biển to sóng đánh tụt cả quần, tắm biển xong lên ăn buffeeeeeeeee, ăn xong nghỉ, chiều lại đi tắm hồ bơi chill. chỉ ăn với chơi ai chẳng thích.

Giá cả phải chăng với dạng phòng của mình. Vì nằm trong khu resort nên tương đối an toàn, tiện ích đầy đủ xung quanh như nhà hàng, siêu thị... Có cả phòng và chỗ đậu xe riêng cho tài xế xe ô tô. Các tiện ích trong phòng tương đối đầy đủ. Nhân viên cũng thân thiện, lanh lẹ.

Cons:

Quy trình nhận phòng hơi lạ vì chỉ liên hệ qua zalo rồi có nhân viên đến giao phòng, sẽ không có người mang vali mà mọi người phải tự xách hết. Nói chung nếu là khách sạn 5 sao mà thiếu điều này thì mình thấy cũng hơi kỳ. Phòng ở như dạng căn hộ cho thuê chứ ko phải gọi là dịch vụ khách sạn. Nhưng với giá cả và tiện ích thì mình thấy nơi này ok để đến nhé.
